Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There is no way to speak with a real person, you’re stuck talking to a bot that doesn’t actually help.

The delivery service is even worse. I waited at home from 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., only for the driver to never show up or deliver my package. Now I’m left wondering if it will arrive the next day, with no communication or updates.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers deserve accurate delivery windows, clear communication, and access to real customer support. I will avoid using this delivery company whenever possible.

Everything was good - the packaging, where it was placed at the door, and service that was on time! So thank you!!

GoBolt is a Joke - Do Not Use Them.
Absolutely unprofessional and trash. Waited days for a package that never arrived. No call. No knock, No doorbell, Just a cowardly email saying I "missed" the delivery. That's not a failed delivery-that's a delivery that was never even attempted. Honestly, GoBolt should change their name to "GoGhost," because that's all they do. 0/10. If I could give negative stars, I would. Complete waste of time. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

Delivery person buzzed up to my unit and communicated clearly. I’ve had drivers in other companies deliver my packages to other buildings on the property so I love it when things go as they should. Bolt drivers have always been reliable in my experience.
