GoBolt is a Joke

GoBolt is a Joke - Do Not Use Them.
Absolutely unprofessional and trash. Waited days for a package that never arrived. No call. No knock, No doorbell, Just a cowardly email saying I "missed" the delivery. That's not a failed delivery-that's a delivery that was never even attempted. Honestly, GoBolt should change their name to "GoGhost," because that's all they do. 0/10. If I could give negative stars, I would. Complete waste of time. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

Good experience

Delivery person buzzed up to my unit and communicated clearly. I’ve had drivers in other companies deliver my packages to other buildings on the property so I love it when things go as they should. Bolt drivers have always been reliable in my experience.

Delivery was great as usual

Delivery was great as usual. I am grateful that the package is delivered to my door rather than being left in the lobby where it can easily be stolen. The delivery person is always professional and courteous.
