Amazing service, very kind people

Called me when he got to my house and helped with the boxes

GoBolt has been a very unreliable delivery company in my experience. This is the second time I've had an order returned to the retailer because GoBolt failed to deliver it.
The delivery address is a business location, and I even provided the business hours in the delivery notes. Despite that, they were unable to complete the delivery. After three supposed delivery attempts, my package was returned to the sender and my order was canceled.
What is even more frustrating is that I don't believe all of those delivery attempts actually happened. On one occasion, the tracking page showed that my package was next to be delivered, so I waited for the driver. Then, without any delivery vehicle ever arriving, the tracking status suddenly changed to "Business Closed."
I find it extremely disappointing that a delivery company cannot successfully deliver to a business address, especially after multiple attempts and clear delivery instructions. This has now happened to me twice, and it has been a very frustrating experience.

Delivered to my deck! In an exposed place and not at my front door. Could have opened deck gate and placed item at my front door.

The time between being notified of the package being underway and its arrival at my house was very short. Isn’t that what makes for a perfect score?

If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would. Took time off work to wait for an order. Said it was out for delivery and then suddenly it “couldn’t be delivered” saying they attempted to contact me. Unable to speak to a human. I’m convinced the business is run by 3 monkeys in a trench coat. Avoid at all costs. If you are a retailer or business using them as a courier, do not.

It looked like the driver was going to leave without delivering my box. There was no knock on the door and did not ring doorbell. I have a small dog who will bark anytime someone knocks so I know. Luckily I went to the door and then he came back. Please inform drivers to leave box at my door.

On time and professional delivery right to my doorstep

Came on time and nothings wrong with the package. At one point the tracking link didn’t work work but it started working again.

Delivered as expected, no issues.

The delivery service was prompt and the two gentlemen were courteous. They were delivering to my apt complex that had an elevator so the entire process was smooth and they dropped off all pieces of my couch delivery right at my apt door in no time. The guys were professional and I'm glad my stop was early on in their morning route

Amazing communication of where my couch was and it even got delivered earlier than expected. Super efficient and quick team. Very respectful of my space when coming in and releasing the boxes. 10/10 experience!
