Absolutely amazing customer service, so helpful and friendly. I got some t shirts printed and some embroidered and they look brilliant! I absolutely love them and definitely going to get some more. Can't recommend enough.

I absolutely love my printed, branded hoodies from GoCustom. The service is lovely, and they are very accomodating, prompt. I had some extra details that needed to be perfect and they were extra attentive to those details. I received exactly how I imagined my design, print and the quality of the hoodies. Highly recommend.

Quite possibly the best customer experience I have ever had with a company! I had a minor issue with my order, something that another company might easily dismiss as not being an issue. But the customer service team didn't hesitate and rectified the situation in no time at all.

Oh and the product (embroidered golf towels) is also fantastic!

Will 100% use again and I can't recommend enough.

The team at goCustom reached out to me to verify that the design was right and I found an error. no issue getting new images incorporated and I had the bag within a week. Really impressive print work as well.

Great service

GoCustom took my design and made it into something that I would wear to play golf. My daughter actually likes it which is amazing, when you’re dealing with teenagers. When we eventually go to market, we will be back to make our order with GoCustom. I might make some production tweaks, but that’s on me not on them.

Although there was a technical problem initially I cannot fault the communication. The problem was sorted and the garment sent within two days, arriving on the third day. I would use this Company again.

Impressive service even on a small order. The proof they sent before printing wasn't quite as I expected but I managed to speak to a real (and very helpful) person on the phone, we came up with a solution and my order arrived exactly as expected and on time! And that's even though it was only a small order of 10 items! Thank you!
