Completely broken

First few times it wasn't great, but I could at least order things and they were delivered. Had to remove cookies everytime because it stayed stuck on last order. Now I can't even order anything. I might be able to add things to cart, but when I try to checkout it says cart is empty. Also last ordered items doesn't even load. The website is just completely broken.

Fascinating to see the reviews here after several bad experiences myself. I had a similar situation to what other reviewers have said: paid for priority and was promised a delivery window which was exceeded but no refund was issued for the priority cost. I recommend people make claims through their card issuer and failing that, sue the company. German courts favour consumer rights. This company should know better.

Extremely bad company

Multiple instances of paying for priority delivery and still having to wait literally twice the indicated time.
Can't cancel it even though it hasn't been packed yet because the app has too many bugs.
Can't reach the helpdesk, ever.
Food is spoiled. Not just once, but almost all orders have had spoiled food.
The riders work hard. But the company itself, especially the app, is completely worthless.
Uninstalling the app. Never using the service again.

If you order in the morning

If you order in the morning, make sure to free up your whole afternoon. It's always something. Missing products, expired products, deadbeat customer service, multiple hours before delivery, crumpled products, wrong products, lying about delivery time estimates, lying about orders being delivered, etcetera.

Free trial turned into paid subscription without notice

I signed up for a free trial of “Flink Prime” on 09.08.2025, which was advertised as cancellable monthly.

On 09.09.2025, Flink charged me €8.99 via Klarna without any reminder or notice that the trial was ending and turning into a paid subscription.

I cancelled the subscription immediately on the same day, contacted customer support, and requested a refund — but Flink outright refused, showing no flexibility or goodwill, even though I never intended to use the paid service and never did.

I have now disputed the charge with Klarna and reached out to the Consumer Protection Authority and the European Consumer Centre.

Conclusion: Lacks transparency, zero customer care — truly disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Flink (The Hague).
I placed an order that was delayed by over two hours, with no clear communication or updates. This happened in The Hague, and I expected at least some transparency or compensation — but received none.

I understand occasional delays can happen, but being left completely in the dark without any accountability or proper customer service is unacceptable.

This kind of service is far below what customers should expect, especially from a company that promotes convenience and speed. I will be thinking twice before using Flink again — and I’ll make sure others are aware of this experience.

Very poor working conditions

Worked as a rider for a year, they put a lot of pressure on you, and their unreal expectations are crazy, they expect you to deliver 8 bags to 4-5 stairs up customers in 1 minute. And fire you by giving this excuse

Awful service and support

I had to wait 2 hours for a delivery, since it was taking too much time I reached out to their customer support and none replied. After 2h and something the order was delivered with not even one of the items I paid for, the entire order was wrong. I contacted them but nothing, no reply since yesterday evening. I also sent an email but nothing and I am sure the only person who’s gonna take responsibility for that is the guy that delivered the order. Ridiculous company and service

The company used to be reliable

The company used to be reliable, but it’s gone downhill. I paid for expedited service, and not only did I not get what I paid for, but the courier was also an hour late and left someone else’s order at my door. I even had to go to their office myself to return the wrong bag. Thanks for the lesson, Flink. Never again.

Ordered a few drinks and a tub of…

Ordered a few drinks and a tub of ice-cream. The ice-cream were not delivered. This is literally theft. This is the second time this has happened. We cannot get in contact with customer support. This company stole 10 euro, and judging by other reviews this isn't abnormal. At this point, part of their business model appears to be selling things that never arrive. Sincerely hope whoever is responsible for the sad state of this company faces legal troubles due to their gross misconduct and straight up theft. with peace and love.

I got an email I had a voucher for free delivery but it was not available on checkout. I contacted customer service chat and they didn’t respond for over 30min. So I ordered expecting they would refund the delivery fee. They refused.

Delivered (almost) expired products

They were good, but since begin 2024 the service got very bad.

First they do not deliver on time, than with huge delayed got products that some days after I saw were expired the same day I got them! So had to throw away a lot of goods. Their app says that I had to ask refund in 24 hours. How could I know that products were expired on the day of delivery?

I know now to avoid Flink as much as can.

Scam

Another scam in Hague UberEats, paid +55€ for food deliver. The app says it was delivered but it never arrived. The store has no contact information and UberEats basically has no support team to help us nor to refund us. Unbelievable.

Broken glass and tomato sauce, not even an apology

I ordered here for the first time. Food arrived an hour later than they said it would, and the delivery guy dropped two bottles of tomato sauce on the way up to my apartment. He did not apologize, he did not offer to clean it up. He made eye contact with me, shrugged, turned around and left. I am really upset by this experience. I am not using the service again.

Ordered at 15:00. Delivered at 19:30. One bag completely drenched in a salad that I ordered that was messed up due to bad packing.

Missing main item.
