Fantastic service. Had them full replace my boiler and a few other jobs too.
Andy was really open and knowledgeable about what would be best and the ideal way to go about it.
His communication was great too, even outside of working hours and on weekends.

Will 100% be using him from now on.

Andrew replaced my old Vaillant boiler and it was a stress free installation. Unlike other quotes I got he installed a more powerful boiler which is great for hot water for a good price.

He also fitted the timer and thermostat that I wanted and explained fully how to change the water and heating temperatures.

Andrew registered the guarantee and emailed the paperwork following day.

First class customer service and highly recommend.

Andrew from Go Green Boiler's supplied and fitted a new boiler for us on the 21/10/2021 can not fault his work very helpful from the start.
Once Andrew had come to see us we received a very detailed breakdown of all work to be carried out from the fittings to disposing of the boiler very professional. He is a very clean & tidy worker and respects your property very happy with all the work carried out and would 100% recommend him. I will definitely be booking him next year for our yearly service.

Do not use this company. They tried to force a new boiler into my elderly parents after my mother simply made an enquiry. They got her to give them her bank details over the phone (to run a credit check)which is a huge no no and despite her sending a message saying she did not wish to pursue, a new boiler turned up early in the morning!!!!!!!

I take note of Andrews positive reviews, and yes, whilst he was knowledgeable and he was extremely quick to attend my property, I won't be using him again or recommending him to anyone.

Upon the job being completed, I received quite rude text messages about paying the invoice. I made it very clear that I would pay his invoice within 48 hours. This in my view is a very reasonable thing to do, especially since he had charged me close to £100 to fix a boiler in the month of December. I've had boilers "fixed" in the past, paid immediately, and then had it go wrong a few hours later. I see it as extremely reasonable to let the dust settle on a repair job just for a couple of days, to make sure everything is ok, before paying for the job.

It was surprising to receive the messages I did from Andrew, with the wording being what it was.

Am I saying he's a bad tradesperson? Absolutely not, he was lovely, and super responsive.

But Andrew, tone down the messages you send to customers. They were unnecessary.

Go Green boilers supplied and fitted a new boiler for us. They did a fantastic job - they were friendly, helpful, clean & tidy, meticulous and reasonably-priced. A few weeks later, they also came and helped out when our builder's plumber made a mistake with our underfloor heating - they were able to solve a problem that he couldn't. I'm now going to use them for my annual services as I know I can trust them. I'm very happy to recommend them!

Prompt and efficient customer service. Fitted a new boiler for us within 24 hrs of the first phone call. Dean and Lee worked more than an 8 hr day cheerfully and with a great work ethic, despite encountering an unexpected hitch along the way, due to our cupboard housing the boiler being the wrong size.

Fantastic fair priced transparent service provided by James and Andrew. Go Green Boilers have fitted a new boiler, flushed out an old system as well as undertook an annual boiler service over the years.

Great service. Had to call out an engineer during the cold spell at a weekend, Andrew arrived within 20 mins and got the boiler going again and then came back on the Monday with a new part. Very professional service.

**GREAT SERVICE** This is my 8th or 9th time using go green boilers, they have fixed and replaced various boilers over several properties. I have found Andrew and his team to be polite efficient and professional. Often times going above and beyond. There is no one that I trust with my plumbing/gas needs!
