Got banned from bonus and freespins without any concrete feedback, besides reading terms and conditions. Customer service is terrible and unreliable. Careful with the Golden Coin promos. If they notice you are profiting from it, trouble starts. I basically just topped up my account and wagered fairly more than 50CHF in Blackjack to get the Golden Coins....
Honestly, there are 9 better options in the Swiss Market. Don't get fooled by their promos...
