i signed up, got my bonus, played out bonus, added 100.00. Won 500.00 withdrew funds, and poof! they disappeared. Tried to talk with live chat, its not live chat, its a standard robot who requested i send in my ID and a utility bill for verification. Over and over and over. Sent in verification each time. Said it would be processed in 2 hours. 2 days later, still no money sent to me. Requested email address for support. There isnt one. Absolutely NOTHING on my account says they are even processing my withdrawl. A complete scam
