It sounded genuine and was easy to follow the ordering procedure. Should be delivered quickly.

Further to my previous Posts on this useless outfit, my requested Refund on 15/8/26, when after taking my money on 10/8/26 when they advised immediate despatch of readily available Stock, they message me five days later- sorry no Stock, and unable to advise when available.
Under those circumstances it was reasonable to simply cancel and request a refund of £149.40.
Most reputable Companies, who valued Customers, would kindly process a Refund, perhaps the same day or next,
Not this Company- ten e mails I have sent, requesting my Refund, and have they responded to a single one - NO.
As a Disabled 71yr old Pensioner,I cannot afford to absorb this amount.
They have a no quibble Guarantee Refund Condition- do they adhere to it - NO.
They state on their portal, they answer all e mails with 24 Hours- do they adhere to it- NO
They further state that all Complaints will be processed within 3 Days- do they adhere to it- NO.
The aggressive tactics that this Company use to obtain Orders from Customers, is unwarranted, and typifies their stance on procuring Funds, but will not hand back when things go wrong.
There is only one word that can describe a Company operating under thus Practice - Scammers.

THEREFORE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH GOLDEN TREE NUTRITION LTD.
THEY ARE CONTROLLED FROM SLOVENIA.

DO NOT GIVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE, BY DEALING WITH THIS SHADY OUTFIT.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

The poor customer service from this company, is dreadful. I have returned the item as requested and I am having to constantly email requesting a refund. The response via email is very different the response to reviews. Please process a refund for the item and keep your promise.

Video went on a bit to long a didn’t like you trying to sell more bottles after ordering what l could afford a bit off putting

watched a long drawn out sales pitch but was interested in my prostate so ordered it only to find out no stockdue end August so canceled and give them there due refunded next day then I got email 18 August from them saying it was back in stock so I reordered only to find out it was out of stock but shop say 10items in stock so asked for explanation email was sent because it was expected back in stock so asked for another refund and after 5 days & email I received it I would advise anyone ordering be aware

1 star is too many! Do NOT do business with this company! I ordered Lymph Relief in May. They sent the WRONG thing! It’s now almost September and I’ve not received a refund NOR a replacement! They have continually procrastinated saying it’s the carriers fault?? It was the WRONG thing? How can they resolve that?? or that I should go and collect from the carrier 1. They offer free delivery. 2. I don’t have a car Despite explaining all this MANY times the issue remains unresolved. Disgusting customer service! AVOID

Ordered on 22/8/26 online. Company emailed me with "order on hold" status due to incorrect tel number. Corrected online and informed company. No reply. Money taken from account. More emails from me with correct tel number. Now status is "out of stock". IMO this is a scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I will retract this review as I have received an email apology and a telephone call from Golden Tree. So, I will wait and see how it goes.
