I attended the training last November…
I attended the training last November and need help with the certificate I received for my exam. I have contacted them, for the past month, in multiple ways, with no response. I am starting to wonder if they have gone out of business. Multiple messages have been left of their web site, and voicemail, and LinkedIn. Be aware.

I did the PMP 3 years ago with Stephen Mercer, and was so good that I requested him back for Six Sigma. He also goes above and beyond with the learning materials that he provides from his vast experience. I recommend him very much, he gives examples live in the course.

I recently completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course taught by Stephen, and it was an outstanding experience. Stephen is an excellent instructor who keeps the material engaging from start to finish. The resources provided are top-notch—the Toolkit is incredibly comprehensive, and the provided Videos served as excellent learning aids. I especially appreciated the real-world Case Studies and interactive Practice Sessions, which really helped solidify the concepts.
My only minor critique is that the pacing felt quite fast. However, given that this is a bootcamp-style class, the intensity is likely by design to cover so much ground efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to earn their certification!
