I was treated with distain over an accidental 25 dollar purchase lucky I only spent 200 dollars before I found this out because the loss could have been in the thousands everyone please there are other companies that provide a similar experience without the risk of losing thousands because you dropped your phone, laird it face down, your pet stepped on it, your child touched it, this is a company who doesn't care about you they are being sued in Texas for environmental issues and I'm currently doing everything possible to help the attorneys prove this company scams its players and investors.

It is ridiculous!

I had several contact with them and none of them closed appropriately.

There is not one person dealing with you what would be ideal for prompt resolution however none of them give a look to you account, they give controversial answers and after all you are puzzled.

Its either the company is a scam or they are delusional ones who do not give a damm for service and believe the product will sell itself.

Shame on you !!!!

I am an idiot still puting monwy in it, when i promised i wont after the first bad experience with support.....
However.....was thinking ok.... everybody can have one bad moment and now ?! Again..... same thing tech errors, no solution.

My experience with GoMining has been extremely disappointing.

A deposit transaction was blocked, and despite waiting for more than 9 hours, I still have not received any clear information about the reason. The customer support is absolutely unacceptable: extremely slow, unhelpful, and does not move the issue forward in any meaningful way.

Instead of providing transparent answers or a quick resolution, customers are left waiting for far too long with no progress. This is especially concerning when money and deposits are involved.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to be very careful before using this service. The lack of communication and poor support make it very difficult to trust the platform.

Been using the GoMining app for a couple years now at least and invested a bit to get to 25TH(mining power) and 15 W/TH(mining efficiency).
Had many withdrawals through out the years and never had a problem. The app is mostly easy to use but it can seem a bit overwhelming because there is a lot going on.
I trust GoMining and hope they are around for many more years to come. Cheers to the GoMining team!

Hi all, A put a feedback few months ago to give my feeling about the app. I decided to put another one today to reassure people there is no scam app here and I will do again from time to time. I am still super happy of GoMining, it is clear, transparent and rewarding. The community on their TL channel is super cool and supportive. My rewards are growing constantly. Absolute joke of company,
Had to connect a wallet to mint miner
Took my money to mint a miner to be able to sell it,
Then won't allow me to connect the crypto wallet i just used to
So i now have 2 miners i can't sell
Support i wait.... that was 8days ago and i am still waiting for help from their specialist

I created this Trustpilot account specifically to post this review. I have never left a review here before. I verified my identity with my driver's license to make sure this couldn't be dismissed. That is how unacceptable this experience was.
I've been a GoMining customer for over two years. Clan leader. Significant TH investment. I'm not a new user who doesn't understand crypto. What happened needs to be documented so it doesn't happen to you.
What happened:
I sent BTC from my Coinbase wallet to pay for a miner upgrade. That BTC came directly from GoMining's own mining payouts — sent to that exact same Coinbase wallet, which GoMining has used as my payout address for years. Their AML system flagged it as "high risk." GoMining flagged GoMining's own money as suspicious. The upgrade was canceled. My BTC was not returned.
The support experience:
I contacted support at 3:15 PM. Here is the exact timeline from the exported transcript:
Agent Jacob's first response came after 52 minutes of silence — he asked me to screenshot the transaction. The hash was already in the chat in plain text.
I provided screenshots, Coinbase confirmation, and blockchain proof of 15+ confirmations. Jacob's response: click an external link that looked exactly like a phishing scam. I refused.
I requested a supervisor. Then again. Then again. Jacob never acknowledged the request once. Did not say no. Did not explain. Just pretended I never asked.
By 5:35 PM, with 20+ confirmations — mathematically irreversible on the Bitcoin network — Jacob's response was: "Your transaction has been marked as dangerous." He then asked me to provide the transaction hash and deposit address. Information I had provided multiple times already in plain text in that same chat.
At 6:19 PM he asked for my sending wallet address. I provided it. At 6:48 PM — 29 minutes later — Jacob sent the exact same question again, word for word.
Nicholas took over at 7:33 PM, said he forwarded to the relevant department, and never contacted me again.
Hours later: upgrade marked Canceled. BTC gone. No refund. No explanation.
Then I threatened Trustpilot.
After 7 hours of stonewalling, two new agents Damian and Victoria appeared within minutes. Their response: "Please wait." One Trustpilot threat. Suddenly the whole team shows up to tell me to wait some more.
Then I posted a warning in their Discord.
I started with "Hey everyone" as a community warning. It was not removed in minutes — it was instantaneous. Automated suppression of any AML mention before a human ever sees it.
The complaints department response:
Their first reply came in Russian. Six minutes later the English version arrived — a technical explanation blaming Coinbase's UTXO processing for the AML flag. Zero apology. A complaints department that doesn't apologize is just stonewalling in a nicer font.

The resolution — and one more failure:
GoMining eventually returned my BTC. However they sent the refund to a shared Coinbase input address instead of my personal deposit address. The funds were routed to a different Coinbase account entirely and did not appear in my balance. I then spent an additional 3 hours with Coinbase support — case #26483668 — to have the funds manually credited as a one time courtesy.
Total time to recover my own money: approximately 20 hours across two companies, two federal complaints, multiple public reviews, a Discord ban, and a botched refund.
They couldn't even get the refund right.
If this happens to you:
Do NOT click external links. Do NOT give up. Go straight to GoMining's official complaints department through their website with your full transaction hash and exported chat transcript.
The mining product works. The support is a gauntlet built to protect their bottom line at your expense. If anything goes wrong you are on your own unless you fight like hell.
This review stays permanently. Real investors beware.

UPDATE (19.05.2026):

After almost one full month, the issue has finally been resolved and the restriction on my account has been lifted.

According to GoMining, the problem was caused by the external payment provider and required manual verification. I appreciate that the issue was eventually solved and that I can now reapply for the card.

However, my criticism regarding customer support remains.

The biggest issue throughout this experience was the communication:

- contradictory responses,
- lack of transparency,
- extremely generic replies,
- and long periods without meaningful updates.

At different moments I was told both that “nothing could be done” and later that the case was “under review”, which created a lot of confusion and frustration.

So while I acknowledge that the technical issue was eventually resolved, I still believe the overall customer support experience and communication were far below what should be expected from a company handling customers’ money and financial services.

I sincerely hope they improve this aspect in the future.

Dear GoMining Support Team,

I am writing once again regarding my unresolved case related to the so-called “duplicate account” flag on my debit card service.

I am attaching the screenshot of the response I received from your team on Trustpilot dated April 23rd, where I was informed that my case had been escalated for a secondary review and that your team was working with the external banking provider to reach a definitive resolution.

However, today is May 5th, and more than two weeks have passed without any update, response, clarification, or actual solution.

What is most concerning is that I continue to receive vague statements about an alleged duplicate account, yet nobody has explained:

- where this supposed duplicate account exists,
- when it was allegedly detected,
- why it was flagged,
- or what specific action is being taken to resolve the issue.

At this point, it honestly feels like nothing has been escalated at all, despite what was publicly stated in your Trustpilot response.

Therefore, I would like to formally request:

- the name or department of the person/team currently handling my case,
- a clear explanation regarding this alleged duplicate account issue,
- and a realistic timeframe for resolution.

I have been patient and cooperative throughout this entire process, but the complete lack of transparency and communication is becoming unacceptable.

I expect a proper response as soon as possible.

Mi experiencia con GoMining ha sido muy decepcionante.

El 15 de abril creé mi cuenta, contraté la suscripción PLATINUM, compré un minero y completé correctamente todo el proceso de verificación KYC. Sin embargo, al intentar acceder al servicio de tarjeta de débito, me informan de que tengo una supuesta “cuenta duplicada”.

El problema es que:

No proporcionan ningún detalle ni prueba de ese supuesto duplicado
Se niegan a investigar o solucionar el problema
Simplemente indican que depende de su proveedor y que “no pueden hacer nada”

Como resultado, estoy pagando por un servicio que no puedo utilizar completamente.

La atención al cliente ha sido deficiente, con respuestas genéricas y sin intención real de resolver la situación. La falta de transparencia y responsabilidad es muy preocupante.

Estaba considerando invertir más dinero en la plataforma, pero después de esta experiencia he perdido totalmente la confianza.

No recomiendo este servicio a nadie.

However, I must clarify that my experience with your support team does not reflect what you are stating here.

The communication I received was consistently brief, dismissive, and unhelpful. At no point was I provided with a clear explanation, nor was there any real attempt to investigate or assist. I was simply told that nothing could be done, without further detail or guidance.

This is why I find it difficult to fully trust the statement that my case is currently under review, as this was not communicated previously in a clear or transparent way.

I truly hope that what you are saying now is accurate and that my case will indeed be reviewed properly. However, based on the treatment I have received so far, I remain skeptical.

I would appreciate clear updates and real progress moving forward.

I started with a small investment almost 2 years ago, it was small only worth like 2-4 Th/s on 1 miner I purchased. I forgot about it till this week, had almost $30 in BTC lol. So I invested another $220ish USD this week and will forget about it again lol, it claims my daily reward is $0.88 cents. So my ROI will be positive, will I be rich, not with this Hash Rate. I think of it as spending the money on scratchers or lotto, casino. At least I will get a return... Patience is a virtue.

I am happy, I may set up a small auto purchase, maybe $20 or less a month. That is coffee, doordash money.

About year ago or longer i invested small amount only €40 and was everything fine but from november last year my miners makes 0 satoshi so that i earn nothing because service cost is bigger then miners can mine. This is absurd.

Gomining is the best BTC mining experience available on the market. A complete ecosystem that works seamlessly with Simple Earn, the Visa card system, and many other features. Everything works perfectly; I highly recommend it.

Initially was a great app, invested in 2 miners and has slowly been making me daily BTC. Since introducing apr I decided to put in a little BTC into it which has been flagged as anti money laundering now. The deposit was left pending for 48 hours poor communication from support especially ALEX! Every response was just “wait” “have some patience” easy and to say when it’s not your £1300!! Then had a email saying they are resetting all my wallet addresses, and now my pending deposit isn’t even there! Again support shocking. Emailed support which is nearly 3 days now and still no response. I’ve asked for a complaints email/contact 6 times now on support and the question has just been avoided. This has been awful. I certainly will be pulling my money out of here and still seeing what my options are on the deposit. PLEASE AVOID DEPOSITING BIGGER AMOUNTS IN HERE. Not worth the hassle

I genuinely believed in this project at the beginning. The first day of rewards looked promising and I was seriously considering investing €20,000. Thankfully I didn’t.
Here’s what actually happens with the numbers:

The moment your GOMINING token balance runs out, fees jump from $0.57 to nearly $6.00 per day — consuming 92% of your pool reward. Support’s only answer? “Buy more tokens.” Which costs ~$550 USDT for 1,800 tokens.
So the real model is: buy miners → buy tokens to reduce fees → buy more tokens for upgrade discounts → repeat forever. The “profit” only exists if you keep injecting capital continuously.
I also have 4 miners but can only sell 2 — still waiting for an explanation on that.
The platform is not technically a scam, but the fee structure is designed so that small investors never profit. The advertised returns are only achievable if you invest at a scale that most people simply cannot sustain.
Selling everything and moving on.

And even when you DO buy tokens to reduce fees, you never actually profit — because the cost of buying those tokens eats whatever you saved. It’s a perpetual loop where you’re always investing more than you earn.”

I tried a few btc mining apps and I have to say that this app is the most real and rentable I had until now. Furthermore, I really apreciate the fast and precise I can get from their helpdesk. I see all the steps as transparent and all the calculations can be retraced. Due to all these positive points I would really recommend this app if you want to have a little side hustle.

I have been using GoMining over 3 years now.
This app simplified Bitcoin Mining for me.
At the beggining I was just testing it so I could understand the concept of mining better. As time went on though I started searching more about GoMining and got really interested in it.
What I love most about the project is that they continue to develop. I have seen similar apps in the past just stay on the same thing for years.
Gomining didn't do that. It is adapting to market needs as well as develop their products at the same time.

For a crypto card the convertion "fees" are between the lowest I have seen.
Also the CashBack or Hashback as they call it, is a really good idea!
Instead of just some money back you get your money back in a form that they work for you, getting you more bitcoin.

I’ve been using GoMining for a while now and overall my experience has been quite good.
What I like the most is how simple everything is. I don’t have to deal with hardware, noise, or electricity bills like traditional mining. You just buy your digital miner and start earning BTC daily. The app is easy to use and gives a clear overview of rewards, power, and efficiency.
That said, it’s important to understand that profits are not fixed. They depend a lot on Bitcoin price, network difficulty and personal maintenance discount. Also, you need to manage your strategy a bit (upgrading miners, optimizing efficiency).
Support has been good so far, and the platform keeps evolving with updates and new features, which is a good sign, also the community is really active and helping.

I wouldn’t consider it a “get rich quick” platform, but more a long term, hands off way to get exposure to Bitcoin mining. If you go in with realistic expectations, it can be a solid experience.

That cashback automatically upgrades my miners. My daily BTC rewards go into Simple Earn, which pays out every 4 hours with no lock-up. More mining power, more BTC, more yield, reinvest. every month i put a big amount of my salary in usdc to and then pay grocery etc with my card. it costs nothing but generates income. It compounds. That loop is what separates GoMining from basic cloud mining services.
The bounty program is also worth mentioning. You can earn GMT tokens by completing community tasks like being active on Telegram, helping newcomers, sharing strategies. Especially for people starting out, bounties can seriously speed up your ROI without spending extra money. Some people bootstrapped a significant amount of their setup through bounties alone.
Daily BTC payouts are real and consistent. The app works well, upgrades are straightforward, and the platform keeps adding features.
But there are also downsides.
Miner Wars sounds fun in theory. A gamified competitive mode where clans battle for BTC and GOMINING rewards. In practice though, big whales dominate it. If you're a newcomer with modest hashrate you'll have a hard time competing. The league system helps a bit but the power gap is real.
The bounty program has been shrinking. The Twitter/X task is gone and lately there are fewer tasks with less rewards overall. Still worth doing but it's not what it used to be.
And support. This is probably my biggest frustration. The main support channel often feels like you're talking to a bot giving generic copy paste responses. Getting through to a real person who actually understands your issue is rare. For a platform handling peoples money that needs to get better.
GoMining is legit, the compounding ecosystem works, and the daily BTC payouts are reliable. Just go in with realistic expectations about Miner Wars if you're not a whale, don't count on bounties staying as generous as they were, and be patient with support.
