While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Impossible Access to Accounts

When trying to change your password, you have to leave a page to retrieve the required code sent via email or phone message. You copy and go back to input the code but the page resets making it impossible to do a transaction or password change. Why is this glitch happening?

Promotes misleading ads

Promotes misleading, faked adverts with outrageous nonsense claims.
When you report these ads, Google defends them instead of doing the right thing.
It's very irresponsible. Google seems to have forgotten that their users are also their customers.

November, 2025
Having reported another two adverts for deceitful BS content, as usual Google rejects my report, saying they don't breach any of their standards. These ads would never have been allowed on television in Europe; Google's advertising "standards" essentially promote charlatans, thieves and scammers. So shameful.

The whole Google Service collection is a mess

It is a mess.

Google Play:
Full of suspicious, fake, broken and useless apps with misleading, fake and suspicious ads, often violating intellectual property rights.
Quality and standards have been on a deep dive.
This service as it is, should be let go.

Google Maps:
Features are broken, development halted, lists are unstable and will not sync, they gradually started removing profile features and the option to discover lists.
Evolves backwards.

Google Search:
Full of uncontrolled, misleading, fake AI content and ADs what don't even relate to the actual search terms.
All this content takes up like a full page or two while the user gets to the actual search results which contain traces of related and useful information.

This whole Google Service collection is getting to be a joke.
But no one is laughing.
It would be right about time to improve, or just put Google to rest.

fraudulent Direct debit in my account

I have several Direct debits in my account from google Ireland. As google does not care, I will leave a complain here from fraudulent debits from google.

I have to contact the bank to reverse and refund the amount (around 100 EUR in several diff transactions).

I had never bought anything from google and I never will.
