More Than Insurance — Gouda Truly Cared”
For the first time in my life, I have experienced an insurance company that truly understands what a holiday means.
Gouda not only covered our expenses, but also compensated us for the loss of holiday enjoyment our child experienced because he could not fully enjoy the holiday.
It is hard to describe how much this meant to us emotionally. A special thank you to Helin and the entire Claims team for their kindness, understanding and support throughout the process.
From now on, travel insurance will be an essential part of our holidays, and Gouda will definitely be our first choice.
Thank you so much, Gouda. You have truly earned our trust.

Gouda never again
Unfortunately Gouda does not live up to the hype of being a good Travel Insurance. Have me the run around and a million excuses for not wanting to cover anything. Not recommended.

After 45 minutes of waiting time on the phone, and being nr.1 in line, they just close the line down and never got the chance to talk to them.
No explanation, nothing.
I don’t understand how anyone can trust company like this.
45 minutes of my time for nothing today
If there is an option to give them -5 after this, I would do it
