Hello- hope you have the translate on your computers as I dont have the vocabulary to do this as it should be done in French.
Service very helpful in resolving a tracking problem I had and pleasant to deal with.
The knife itself- a 'Le Pionnier' in pistachio wood is lovely- very well-made and well-designed with that rare thickening of the handle towards the butt-end that adds security of the knife in the hand.

I bought a small pocket knife with Damascus blade and jaws made of mammoth cheek tooth. A short time later I was told that the knife was already sold. I could choose among the existing ones, or a new knife would be made for me from the existing molars, or I would get my money back.
I chose the second option and could choose from the existing molars, of which I had been sent pictures. After about 2.5 weeks I received a beautiful pocket knife with great workmanship.

Le Pionnier with the blade that cruches on the can opener
Hi,
firts of all it's a nice knife. But the blade is not sharp (this I can do on my own) du tue a new knife I should not have to do this.
Second of all unfortunately if you close the blade and don't watch and put aside the can opener very carfully the blade crushes on the can opener and ruins the blade ==> that is a no go for a knife who cost over a 120 .-€ !!
