The application is very versatile, and the staff is well-trained.
It's also commendable that support is generally provided on weekends or after-hours.

The issue of updates definitely needs improvement, as it's unclear what is being updated. It would certainly be more helpful to have a short video showing the new features added to the portal, so that all updates are clearly visible.

There is no customer service, they do not pick up the phone, they take days to respond to emails, if they ever respond and their credit card charges end up being fraudulent.
No one in their company really knows how to process or do anything.
Stay away from GPSwox, it’s a complete waste of time.

Quick support and great system.

The support is always quick responses and the system is top. Has a lot of funcitons and you can buy cheap development to get your own features in to your solution.

We have been a customer of GPSWOX for four years and our experience has been excellent from day one.

We use their white label solution and now also our own branded apps that are available to our customers. The system is extremely stable and performs reliably in our daily operations. At the moment we manage around 1100 devices on the platform without any issues, and everything runs smoothly.

Whenever we have needed assistance, their support team has been fast, professional and friendly through the ticket system. Any challenges have been handled efficiently and with a clear focus on finding the right solution.

We definitely plan to continue growing our fleet on the platform and look forward to adding many more devices in the future. Highly recommended.

Over the last 2 years GPSWOX has provided good services, the product is easy to use and the tech support has been good, but they might take a couple of days to reply.

We identified several security vulnerabilities on the GPSWOX servers. After promptly notifying GPSWOX through their support channel, some fixes were applied immediately. Over the following days, the remaining issues were also resolved without hesitation or objections regarding feasibility.

I've been with GPSWOX for over a year and the service has never gone down, which is very important. They also have excellent technical support and respond very quickly to our questions and requests. 100% recommended.

After posting a review on Trust Pilot about a negative experience I had with GPSWOX the company responded in less than 24 hours and apologized for a miscommunication and said they will issue a full refund to my PayPal account.

I appreciate this kind of rapid response and the willingness of the company to acknowledge their mistake. If I ever require their services in the future I would do business with them again.

I recommand stronly this solution for many reasons, one of this reasons is that they help you to be operational immediately without prospecting for different providers, to have tracking platform, the corporate website, hosting your server and so on ...

Excellent customer service and very easy to use gps tracking software. Connected my phones without any issues, this helps a lot for my logistic business.

After my phone call today, I found that this program was all I imagined it would be. PERFECT!! I just needed a little help getting it going. I spoke to Ignas on the phone and he was truly a HUGE help and I know I couldn't have done it without him.
