I happen to actually love their products and hate to write this review. I ordered a large package of eye masks. I was supposed to receive 20% off and didn't. I contacted them and they said no problem, they would fix it. Instead of a credit they charged me an additional 20%. I have sent 7 emails to the original person I talked to and have left a voice message as well. Still no response after almost a month. They have lost me as a customer.

Ordered on 28th April, emailed as per instructions on their website to cancel order minutes after the confirmation came through…..no acknowledgment to this day.
Order was shipped on 29th April via Royal Mail48, due to arrive no later than 2nd May. I still don’t have my order neither do Royal Mail. Contacted Grace & Stella via email for an update was told “Your order is currently with our courier team and is ready for dispatch. Due to a high volume of orders, there has been a slight delay in shipment processing” which doesn’t add up, I followed this email up straight away….zero response!
Customer service feels non existent and who knows where my order is!

I’ve been using Grace and Stella products for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed. Everything I’ve tried feels high quality, thoughtfully made and surprisingly affordable compared to other beauty brands. You get that premium feel without the premium price tag.

Their packaging is fun and uplifting, the products are gentle but effective and I’ve actually noticed visible improvements in my skin since switching over. The under eye masks are a stand-out for me. They’re soothing, easy to use and make me look more awake even on tired days. Highly recommend.

I bought the eye masks and the eye roller and I love them. Made such a difference to my eyes and am planning on buying more for gifts at Christmas too.

I ordered grace & Stella depuff eye roller for under eyes bags, been using it for about 4 days no result. Still look the same way doesn't work for me. The serum is okay but no change. And the bright eye balm is okay for my skin. I used the gold eye patches before did not work neither. I have the whole box to my daughter. Well I am so disappointed after reading all the good reviews. Well more money down the drain, what a waste.

All of their products can be found on asian wholesale sites. I ordered a wax machine + beads. When it came the machine looked nothing like the photo. It was a completely different cheap version like the ones on aliexpress/temu. The machine couldn’t even get hot enough and the self shut off kept activating and not turning back on. It had ZERO of the advertised features and only had a heat adjuster.

The wax beads were the worst. I’ve tried tons of wax brands and this one would crack halfway through pulling. The scents are not good and smell like children’s makeup.

This is just a scam. I’m extremely passionate about skin care and the product is rubbish for a start, so save your money. It’s really bad quality. But the big concern is the subscription service is a scam. The company have assured me three times that my subscription is cancelled, yet they keep taking money out of my bank account. I have contacted my card provider but the customer service is absolutely appalling.

I do not rate this company… I was disappointed with all the items I received. The bath pillow is so itchy on the skin I am left with red marks after use, the bath bomb made the bath look like a pond (save your money for Lush!) and the under eyes masks do nothing. Please don’t waste your money!
