Två bokninger blev fel pga personalen
Ett fint guldsmycke försvann i byråldorna på rummet.
Efter två månaders eget arbete med det slappa ICAförsäkring lämnade hotelledningen tillbaka smyckena. Ett stort tack till hotellet.

Smukt beliggende badehotel, men.................
Hotellet virker slidt og trænger til vedligeholdelse.
Rengøring var ikke eksisterende, der var beskidt især i spisesalen og til dels på vores værelse.
I forhold til at hotellet har 4 stjerner, så var morgenmadsbuffeten meget sparsom.
Spa og wellness afd. var lukket under hele vores ophold(3 dage) på trods af, det var det der blev annonceret med. Det virkede som om, at man var ved at afvikle hele hotellet.
