Inspection fee despite warranty

I bought a Segway Navimow i108 at Granngården. The problem was that the mower discharged almost completely overnight when the charging station lost power. I visited the store 3–4 times for the same issue, but no one could answer my questions or even took my contact details to follow up. The staff said it should be covered by warranty, that it shouldn’t be normal behavior, and encouraged me to turn it in. I explicitly asked if I would have to pay any fees before leaving it, and was told to ignore the inspection fee because of the warranty. As it was a new product for me, I trusted their expertise.

Later, they contacted me and said the machine was ready, that this is “normal behavior,” but that I had to pay nearly 600 SEK as an inspection fee. When I questioned this, they admitted they didn’t know in advance, that the machine is new, and that they had poor knowledge about it. As a consumer, I shouldn’t have to pay for their training or lack of knowledge. I haven’t paid it yet, trying to solve things, but they aren’t helpful. I have already contacted Granngården’s management and am waiting for their reply. If they insist on this fee, it will be the last time I shop there – they may gain 600 SEK now but lose much more in future sales.

they do not accept cash

they do not accept cash. since when the shop is proud to NOT accept cash? They say they are "cashfree".

soon customer-free too. it is just a silly excuse. WHO are the robbers? There are a secure ways to cash handling.

To deny cash and lead customers for other way of payments is not freedom. This is technological bolschevism.

I had a very disappointing recent online shopping with Granngården

I had a very disappointing recent online shopping with the company. Two weeks after I placed my order it was not sent. The customer service rep couldn't say when my order may be shipped at all as well as refused to cancel it and refund me back. The reason was - technical problem with my order. I was waiting another few days and called Klarna bank I paid with for this order. Because of the order was not sent within 10 days after the purchase they canceled the transaction and refunded me. My first and last time with Granngården.

Very bad logistics / customer service

Very bad logistics and customer service. Stock availability in stores is not updated and cannot be trusted. If you want to order the item online with pick-up at the nearest store instead, it will be automatically cancelled if the selected nearest store the item is supposed to be delivered to and picked up from has not updated their stocks of the item correctly (i.e. it should be "out of stock", but it is incorrectly set at "few in stock"). And at the store they do not seem to care much about this issue when confronted and they also claim there is not too much they can do about it... it seems to me they could not care less about their customers! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time with a very bad experience at Granngården and had similar issues (especially with online orders) previously. Will avoid Granngården whenever possible and would recommend everyone else to do the same. This here is not worth the hustle, there are better other stores about there.

The shop sold online dog food just a…

The shop sold online dog food just a few days before the expiry date. When I return it to the shop I could not get a refund back until now (12 days after return) to my card. I do not recommend this shop, since they look a bit less intelligent to deal with. If not solved soon I will have to take the matter to Konsumentverket.

Don't order online from Granngården

Granngården has shown that they are not capable of running an online business. I had to constantly push for information about my package. 20 days without getting a package which contained plants that had to be planted outside in May.

I said I wanted to cancel my order, but they couldn't cancel an order that had been sent out. Yet no email about delivery or tracking. Then they gave me a tracking number to prove that the package was stuck in transit, insinuating that I should have managed to find that number myself, without ever getting an email, or information about said tracking number.

With even more pushing, they told me that I would get my money back because the plants would be dead anyway. Yet the previous customer service person told me to just wait.

Something seems very odd with the way Granngården handle things. And it feels like I have to constantly battle for getting either my money back, or my package.

AVOID THIS SHOP!!

AVOID THIS SHOP!!

My order arrived with only some elements present, and some missing. Customer service told me that they we out of stock, in spite of it showing 'in stock' on the website.

Zero message or notification about that situation, zero money back, only a half order in the post.

I am dsigusted

Aldrig igen!

I made an order online for a product which had an expected delivery time of 2-5 days. After 10 days I asked for information with an e-mail and 2 days later they replied to me asking me to contact their shop in Umeå. I tried to call them several times, but nobody answered, so I wrote an other e-mail but I never got a reply to that e-mail or to my reminders. Today, after 3 weeks, I received a SMS saying that my order was ready and packed. Right after, a guy called me telling that they have not the ordered item at stock. So, the order was cancelled and I couldn't deliver my birthday present. This is really bad. It can happen to have problems, but communication should always be there. It is not possible to keep the customer on hold for three weeks without replies. Now, reading the reviews of the other customers, I understand that I am not the only one to have experienced this bad service. An online shop without a proper customer care cannot survive.
