This is a fraudulent "company". They take money out before its time. No real customer service. It is a ripoff. Do NOT attempt this company.

Everything is wrong with this site, they refuse to delete account information, no real customer service assistance contact number, the app is a piece of shi+!, to no avail, your unable to navigate yourself through any prompts, I had to literally contact my bank, and block the "Grant" payday loans llc, the site is crappie, do yourself a favor, get rid of the the "Grant payday loan llc, app" however you hav to. Its a total scam.

They keep pulling payments before the due date which causes overdrafts on my account! No customer service to complain about it!!!

They pulled money out of my account two days after the advance and then set me another Advance without my permission just to charge me More fees that I did not authorize. Avoid.

I canceled my account on May 20, 2026 and paid them the $25 that I owed on 5-30-26! They renewed my account today, June 1st and charged me another $9.99! Do NOT TRUST this COMPANY!!!!! They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to close your account!!! I told them they are LIARS and a CROOKED BUSINESS!!

They withdrew some of what I owed the day before my actual payday, draining my bank account. They will take out as much as they can before your actual payday or due date, making your bank balance zero. Owe $200 but only have $53.15 in your account? They will withdraw $53.15 and keep taking money out if you add more funds until the owed amount is paid. This is the second time this has happened this month. Now I owe an NSF fee to my insurance company because they drained my bank account the day before payday when my insurance was due. Oh, and it’s impossible to get a human chat support agent. They can’t reverse this withdrawal even though they got my payday wrong. This company is scum. Do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs. Using this app ended up costing me money.

Grant debit my account prior to payday. I sent email request; they correct bounce fees inccured and the missed payments which was the point of grant payday loan/ cash advance. Only to be told they are having payday issues but I agreed to date of repayment. So they refused to help and did not care of additional financial caused. I assumed it was on payday yes. That is what they adviiretise not prior to when they decide. Also I they debit at 12:01am the day of payday, I know my pay hits at various times. Grant doesn't not support it customers. I can provide screen shots to validate this review Grant sucks!

So, I really liked the app at first because they gave me an advance when I put in my paycheck info. I got three advances without any issues and no late payments. But then, all of a sudden, they wouldn't give me another advance. No explanation, just nothing. It was really inconvenient because I really needed it at the time and the whole thing about not needing the Plus Membership is a lie. You actually need the Plus Membership to get advances. So I disconnected my financial institutions and closed my account they obviously don't care if they're clients are happy with their services.

THIS IS A SCAM!! They also go under "Card One." Do not use. Even after contacting them they were suspicious and useless. Had to disconnect bank.

Don’t even think of doing business with these swindlers. They are thieves, crooks, liars. You have been forewarned.

Grants repeat attempts at debiting my account before my payday and my paycheck hits is annoying. The repayment date is calculated correct, yet Grant still tries (multiple times, varying amounts) to deduct funds the day before. I have reached out to them about this but nothing changes. My other gripe is constant lost connection to my account. I ALWAYS have to reconnect. Terrible app.

Honestly I would give them a zero if I could! They took $315 which was meant for my rent and only allowed me to get $75! I was intending on paying later because I am sorting my finances out! Honestly they suck and I want my $315 back!

When a member decides to cancel the deactivation button is not functional.

Charge u for a plan that would not even benifit u to have at all. If it would have I would not have had a problem but it helped me none with the extra plan. Just stupid people glad Im done with that

Paid of my 27.00 advance. And every month they were taking either the subscription payment for 9.99 or the advance. I called my bank explained what was going on. And they put a stop payment. They cannot get any more money from my account! Scammers!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Don’t use!! They will charge you multiple times for the subscription after you cancel! I was charged $9.99 at least 6 times since cancelling over a month ago, and it won’t stop! I have sent an email to customer service and never heard back. Not sure if it will keep charging and will have to go further if I’m charged again. Nightmare!

I OPTED FOR CASH ADVANCE NEVER RECIEVED THE ADVANCE AND TOOK 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS NUMBEROUS EMAILS SENT TOLD ME TO PICK THE OPTION TO PAY ON A ADVANCE I DID NOT RECIEVE AND THEY WOULD REFUND IT BACK TO ME NO REFUND STATED IT HAS TO BE DONE MANUALLY NO RESPONSES TO ME EMAILS SO I JUST PAID 79.00 ON SOMETHING I NEVER RECIEVED CANT GET NO ONE TO RESPOND OR REFUND ME I AM CANCELING FOR SURE AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I am canceling, I was loyal for over a year- they NOW cant verify my direct deposit to get another advance, support told me they cant do it manually because they outsource these....metrics. It sounds like "mom and pop" shop or the app developers are stuck in QA or in the 90's maybe havent integrated AI to help the company in general, sorry Im a Cybersecurity engineer so I know when technology SUCKS! Wonder what their CIO is doing ?

They refuse to change payment dates and they're sneaky about repayment they do it between 11 pm and 12 am
