Continues to monitor my bank account after closing account

Grant continues to monitor my bank account even after I closed the account, requested they stop monitoring my bank account, and received a response that they no longer have access to my account. Below is part of an email I received on 9/28/26:

"Your account ending in **** previously connected to your Grant account has been removed and Grant no longer has access to or monitors this account. Should you wish to resume services with us at a later date, a new connection will need to be established."

On 9/29/26, I received this:

Grant Cash Advanced are padding criminal

Today, 09/29/2026 I paid back in full what I owed to Grant Cash Advance to the tune of $210. A few hours later Grant Cash Advance deposited another $250 without my authorization or acceptance. Their excuse was that I had overdraft protection which over many months of Using Grant the never gave me… I even took a snapshot in app which clearly states that overdraft protection was unavailable. Plus I had overdraft protection set at $20 and they claimed in email it ranges from 20-200$ so why did they deposit $250?!!! I’ll tell you why. They check your banking data constantly and when they seen me paying everything back to apps I owed and canceling subscriptions I felt I didn’t need they got scared and locked me back in to steal money from me with fees. Again I did not request this deposit and as of now it’s still processing. I keep getting A.I. responses from customer service saying the same thing over and over. I also cancelled my Kikoff account because Kikoff and Grant are partners so I will not fund criminal organizations anymore. My credit will take a hit but I’ll dispute it. Grant Cash Advance are padding criminal organization. They won’t let me just pay the money back with no fee. They say it’s my fault. I’m going to sue and file criminal wire fraud charges. They think I’m joking. Do not mess with Grantcashadvance

Very important for anyone considering business with Grant

Unbelievable customer service failure: They would rather lose $250 than grant a 15-day extension to a perfect customer. As a disabled American and a business professional with 18 years of prior COO experience, I am absolutely stunned by the catastrophic operational strategy and terrible customer service of this company. For approximately six consecutive months, I used this service flawlessly to help fund a new IT side business in New York To supplement my Social Security disability payments since I receive such little money for living expenses. I paid my $10 monthly subscription on time, never missed a payment, and maintained an impeccable payment and account history with them. I have a perfect payment track record across all of my finances And let the record show on my official credit reports I have never missed a single payment on any credit cards in 22 years. When I experienced high business expenses and needed a simple 5-to-15-day extension they rigidly claimed I was ineligible because an extension had been "initiated" prior month. The caveat is i actually paid on time the prior month. When I asked what my options were to pay my debt, it became completely absurd. Instead of working with a loyal, reliable customer who begged to pay them back, they told me my only option was to revoke my ACH authorization, cancel my account forever, and keep the $250 cash advance for free. They flatly stated they do not want the repayment, have no mechanism to accept it after cancellation, and would not send it to collections or report it to credit bureaus. What kind of legitimate company operates like this? They would literally rather forfeit their own profit and lose a perfect client than show 15 days of human flexibility to a disabled individual running a small business. Their profit strategy is completely broken, and their lack of empathy is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs—they do not care about building relationships or supporting honest business professionals.

Stole my money

Stole my money. Won't give loans without adding points the app claims it can't find my pay checks from SSA when I have had loans through grant in the past. This app is fraudulent. The company is a rip off and the app is junk and the 10 fee for grant plus IS GARBAGE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. FULL OF TRAPS TO TAKE YOUR MONEY

Misled

This was my first time looking into Grant Cash Advance. I signed up and followed the process. I was approved for $200. Based on my understanding, you can use this option without the need per the virtual assistant on the Grant Cash Advance website.

I emailed the support team and was hit with I had to subscribe. I emailed back with advising I could request an advance but was advised again I would need to subscribe. I have screenshots. I feel misled and I won't use this service. If anything, Earnin is great and there is no monthly fee or subscription. You may choose to leave a tip but it's optional. I will be submitting a complaint to Better Business Bureau.

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience! I paid off my advance and was told by support that I cannot take out another advance. Huh???? I even paid it off early. I will never use them again for an advancement. They should be investigated for stealing people's hard earned money.

NO SHAME

I got a cash advance and I needed an extension to repay this advance. Grant did NOT give me the desired date as to when I could repay this advance. Instead, they took my ENTIRE weekly income that I get from unemployment leaving me flat broke but yet still owing them for a subscription I cancelled after only having an account for less than ONE MONTH. This business is a TOTAL SCAM and should be SHUT DOWN! Everyone needs to know NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH GRANT CASH ADVANCE

Asked to extend my payment due day

Asked to extend my payment due day
by a week and the Skynet chat bot just keeps a looping to say no again and again. On their app Grant advetises “Easy repayment” terms. The bot sends you a link to send an email to alleged customer support. The answer you get pretty much tells you to go to hell. There is no phone number to call to speak to a human. Grade: F

Thief’s

I got a loan from this company and they were good a first but after that I paidnpffvtheoam and got another one they wanted payback after only 3 days of the second loan. I didn’t have the money yet and they took it anyway leaving me with an overdraft at my bank. I had the put money in my bank just to cover the overdraft that this company made me have. After this I deleted the app from this company. Stay away from them.

Clunky app

Works fine a few times with getting your advance and then some random payday, it tells you it can't verify your bank account, the same one you've been using for months, and lowers your next loan amount. It never gets your payday dates right either.
