Absolutely terrible experience! I paid off my advance and was told by support that I cannot take out another advance. Huh???? I even paid it off early. I will never use them again for an advancement. They should be investigated for stealing people's hard earned money.

Grant is awful!! They don’t tell anything about hidden fees! They steal money from you! Do not use this company! I have contacted a lawyer.

Grant Cash Advance always pulls the payment the day before payday. If there are any funds in your account, they take them without giving you any notice.

They initially gave me 250 i paid it back then only offer 100 thats bad business I paid back early to.was really needing the other 150 Nice way to pull someone in them give them the shaft.

They will not stop attempting to bill your account, no matter what . I recommend joining the class action lawsuit

Grant claims their system shows my payday is a day early which is not true and a lie they do not allow extensions I don't get paid till Friday they drafted my account at midnight on a Wednesday causing an overdraft Thursday. DO Not use them UNLESS YOU WANT OVERDRAFT FEES FROM YOUR BANK AND YOUR ACCOUNT DEBITED TOO EARLY

I would put zero start if I could.. They changed my due date. Eventough I told them I only get paid once a month.
Don't do business with this company. Theyvwill rop you off. You don't talk to a real person, they refuse to let you speak to management. I will pay my loan and close my account.

I got a cash advance and I needed an extension to repay this advance. Grant did NOT give me the desired date as to when I could repay this advance. Instead, they took my ENTIRE weekly income that I get from unemployment leaving me flat broke but yet still owing them for a subscription I cancelled after only having an account for less than ONE MONTH. This business is a TOTAL SCAM and should be SHUT DOWN! Everyone needs to know NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH GRANT CASH ADVANCE

DONN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! I am trying to close my account, and they keep reopening it. They are attempting to bill me $9.99 monthly! There is jo way to contact customer service. You can only "chat" with AI bot.

Asked to extend my payment due day
by a week and the Skynet chat bot just keeps a looping to say no again and again. On their app Grant advetises “Easy repayment” terms. The bot sends you a link to send an email to alleged customer support. The answer you get pretty much tells you to go to hell. There is no phone number to call to speak to a human. Grade: F

I got a loan from this company and they were good a first but after that I paidnpffvtheoam and got another one they wanted payback after only 3 days of the second loan. I didn’t have the money yet and they took it anyway leaving me with an overdraft at my bank. I had the put money in my bank just to cover the overdraft that this company made me have. After this I deleted the app from this company. Stay away from them.

Works fine a few times with getting your advance and then some random payday, it tells you it can't verify your bank account, the same one you've been using for months, and lowers your next loan amount. It never gets your payday dates right either.

This is a fraudulent "company". They take money out before its time. No real customer service. It is a ripoff. Do NOT attempt this company.

Everything is wrong with this site, they refuse to delete account information, no real customer service assistance contact number, the app is a piece of shi+!, to no avail, your unable to navigate yourself through any prompts, I had to literally contact my bank, and block the "Grant" payday loans llc, the site is crappie, do yourself a favor, get rid of the the "Grant payday loan llc, app" however you hav to. Its a total scam.

They keep pulling payments before the due date which causes overdrafts on my account! No customer service to complain about it!!!

They pulled money out of my account two days after the advance and then set me another Advance without my permission just to charge me More fees that I did not authorize. Avoid.

I canceled my account on May 20, 2026 and paid them the $25 that I owed on 5-30-26! They renewed my account today, June 1st and charged me another $9.99! Do NOT TRUST this COMPANY!!!!! They make it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to close your account!!! I told them they are LIARS and a CROOKED BUSINESS!!

They withdrew some of what I owed the day before my actual payday, draining my bank account. They will take out as much as they can before your actual payday or due date, making your bank balance zero. Owe $200 but only have $53.15 in your account? They will withdraw $53.15 and keep taking money out if you add more funds until the owed amount is paid. This is the second time this has happened this month. Now I owe an NSF fee to my insurance company because they drained my bank account the day before payday when my insurance was due. Oh, and it’s impossible to get a human chat support agent. They can’t reverse this withdrawal even though they got my payday wrong. This company is scum. Do not recommend at all. Avoid at all costs. Using this app ended up costing me money.
