Chris kept me informed as well as the delivery partner about delivery and it arrived on time. Once unrolled by the carpet fitter the carpet was in the new condition that was expected.

The service was first class. I received what I ordered on the day it was promised.

All is well except there is a defect ( line ) in the middle, its not been carefully check before packing.

Vicky was really informative about the products available and most suitable for my project. She was kind, friendly and wanted to help.

A good selection of samples received - Vicky kept in touch without being intrusive by message to make sure all received and no problems, she let me know she was there for any queries, questions or help. Vicki also helped with processing the order as I had issues with doing this online, she was exceptionally helpful and called me, ensuring a seamless service and I received the order within days. The delivery guys were also very helpful and helped me get this through my side gate and into the garden to be kept out of the way. Overall an excellent service. Thank you Vicky it was nice to have a real person that was so helpful on hand.

Found what we were looking for in the colour and size, very efficient and quick delivery, no problems at all, very pleased with the outcome.

Whilst trying to choose between the many different types of artificial grass and the different products required for installation i found Chris extremely knowledgeable and helpful to make the process easier.

Shame it was delivered with holes in, and also seems a lot thinner then the sample that was sent out.

Delivery was perfect, packaging, keeping up to date with tracking information. The grass is high quality on the thickest squares, soft and looks durable. I’m sorry I can not review other areas until the Nursery children have interacted with it, in and outside of the classroom.
