They are giving their 'awards' actually to the worst places to work in. Was really surprised to see a company name GIMO among 'the best' which is awful company by their culture, activity, working conditions and pay. So, these 'awards' cannot be trusted and probably you need just to pay some fee to get it.
This program is not designed for small businesses. It's best for corporate companies with deep pockets. The company nickels and dimes you for small requests, charging a crazy amount for "licensing" if you have one person over a country threshold. Their customer service is also bad, hiding behind contract terms by copying and pasting rather than finding solutions. I was a big advocate in my past corporate life, but I do not recommend it for small businesses. Obtain your recognition through other organizations.
