We were burgled via the doors and locks they fitted. The doors have sunk on theirs hinges and adjustment screws on the hinges do not work.

I have had my upstairs windows changed today, I cannot recommend Greenday UPVC enough.
I recently hurt my back so I couldn't sort one of the bedrooms that we are curently using as a storeroom out, to allow access to the window. Ray and Dan told me not to worry and moved everything they needed to get to the window.
My grandson has autism and the previous blinds were drilled into the old window frame, so they had to be removed to put the new windows in. My grandson wouldn't have been able to sleep without the blinds so they fixed them back onto the new window frames.
They even had a look at our front door which was installed by a different company and they managed to realign it.
A big thank you to Ray and Dan for being so professional and helpful.

Well I paid a deposit March 2023, fitting was booked October 2023, no contact, rang on the planned day of fitting, to be told frames made, window glass not ready!!
Now December 2023.. have phoned every week of November up to today 14 Dec 2023. Every time I have left a voice message as no one answers and not returned one call. Today I told them no reply by end of the day to cancel my order. I have now requested a chargeback via my bank for the deposit!!

I cannot get hold of this company to come and fix issues. I have rung daily (you only get an answer phone and they never return the call) and I have emailed numerous times. We had the work done less than 12 months ago so it’s definitely under guarantee.
1) the door is misaligned and needs adjusting and 2) a pain of glass has shattered and needs replacing. Very disappointing as the men who came to fit were lovely and did a good job.

I have removed the original review due to a conversation with Ray, the owner of Greenday UPVC.

It transpires the people I have been speaking to were telemarketers who were not giving any information back to Greenday.

Ray visited my property today 2nd November and corrected the alignment on the door.

Be aware if you need to speak to this company regarding new or existing work speak to Ray as he is the person that gets the job done.

Cheers Ray for visiting my house as promptly as you did and sorting out the small issue.

Once again, the back door they finally, begrudgingly, came to fix in March has failed in exactly the same way, once again compromising the security of my home.

Once again I encountered the astonishingly rude man who is the only person who - on occasion - answers the phone.

Once again I have received no indication of when an engineer will fix my insecure external door.

Windows and patios doors fitted by them in January 2020 no problem with the installation by the guys but now have a problem with a window my husband has made many attempts to get some help sent photos made phone calls to no avail told he was a nuisance not good customer service rude man I have left a message to reply to me waiting the date is 27th September 2023 please make contact will have to take action if necessary

I rarely if ever find need to write a review. My own mantra being if you've got nothing good to say - say nothing. For Green Day & in particular the guys who came out from Green Day to do my whole house & garage installation I need to say a LOT!
From beginning to the very last day everybody was EXCEPTIONAL. Professional as I remember trades being professional. Courteous, honest, clean work area, always on time, consultative when something needed my input as client. For all the right reasons words fail me. I do not have enough good things to say. I recommend without hesitation and wish other trades would operate as these guys (girls' as well I am sure) do.
