Initial process
When you’re dealing with debt and rising costs, taking the first steps can already feel so overwhelming. When I called greenpath, I knew I needed help but also felt embarrassed to admit how much credit card debt I had accumulated. The customer service at Greenpath was excellent and I never felt judged. They were able to answer all my questions very easily and went out of their way to explain things fully to ensure I understood. During the initial process, I did not feel that anything was hidden or not straightforward. They were able to realistically discuss with me a budget and explore payment options that would work for me. Although I can only review this first step, I left the phone call feeling very relieved and looking forward to a debt free future

Deborah was patient, kind and empathetic. She answered all questions and offered so much information. I have been living with credit card debt for too long and feel relieved to have a plan to end it. Deborah did not make me feel rushed or "stupid." She is very knowledgable in finance which I am NOT. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision. I give her all five stars!
