Daniel Zuckerman was really knowledgable, patient, and most importantly, kind. Money is a hard thing for me to talk about, I am a bit embarrassed about how much debt I have accrued, but he made me feel seen and really helped me get a handle on the program, and how if I make some good decisions now, there is hope.

Customer service is flat out rude
Customer service is flat out rude. After signing everything changed called twice to make changes to some accounts and told it was too late. By 2 different reps. Even tried to say it’s only 535.00 every 2 weeks. Asked to be immediately removed from program and , tried again to pressure me. Mind you I just signed on Monday. Its Wednesday

The staff member was very kind and…
The staff member was very kind and explained everything clearly. However, it took a very long time to find a Japanese interpreter, and the interpreter’s English was not very good. I think the process could have been much shorter if a more experienced and effective Japanese interpreter had been available.
That said, the American representative who assisted me was very professional, thorough, and kind.
