So far we've been very pleased with how things have gone. There has always been someone available to speak to when we had questions. The help we've had has been excellent and speedy. Organising photos, floorplan, EPC etc... The handling of messages has been straightforward and we've been able to first-hand deal with viewings and responses from prospective buyers. Once offer accepted they've moved quickly to establish contact with purchasers reassuring them of a hands-on experience with things happening. So far so good. Thank you

WANT TO SAVE THOUSANDS?
This is the fourth or fifth time we have sold with emoov.Never had any problems,always super fast to answer emails etc.Must have saved thousands by using emoov.They have packages for all situations.We have used the basic package where you basically do all the heavy lifting,and sold no problem,we have also used their popular package where they do photo's floor plans etc,still a bargain.Then you can also pick and mix if you require a for sales board or an EPC for example.Would not hesitate to use again.So if you want to save thousands get signed up

Once you have your pictures, description, floorplan and EPC ready the whole process is very straightforward. We uploaded on Sunday night and were live on Monday. Managing the viewers and and offers was easy.

Advertising a 3 bedroomed detached house with 2 bathrooms on Norbury grove, Solihull yet upstairs bathroom on plans and a downstairs wc. So where is the 2nd bathroom. A downstairs wc cannot be classed as a bathroom.

Works as efficiently as eBay, but for houses
Generally, people only leave a review if they are very annoyed or very happy with the experience.
I have been helping my parents to sell their house and we've had two estate agents prior to emoov.
The first advised we could not have a premium listing because they don't have the subscription with Rightmove. I also had to rewrite the entire description because it was so badly written but yet they were taking £6,500 commission.
The second was good but then in the small print they had added VAT on top of the 1% they quoted during the meeting.. apparently it is illegal not to quote it to residential customers and added almost £1300 on the commission making it £7800... They also charged us £150 for a new EPC certificate, and when I asked Google it says your old one should be on the government website from last year which it was and it was valid for 10 years. So that was annoying.
So we decided to go with emoov.. and it's been pretty awesome to be honest. We wanted something as close to eBay as possible.. As we were able to take high quality photos ourselves, plus we had already written the description ourselves, all we really wanted was to upload it to the internet... And that is pretty much how emoov has felt. I uploaded all of their photos and description I had to their website, I also sent an email to ask how long it would take to put on right move, on the market, zoopla plus their own website and I was advised it would be online by 8:30 the next day. I have to be honest it seemed a bit unlikely. However, I looked at 8:30 the next morning and it was online.
I have sent questions since and we've had emails back within 30 minutes even on a Sunday which is obviously awesome but quite surprising. I have made changes in the portal. For example, we changed from fixed price to just price to allow people to negotiate the price. I had an email back 8 minutes later saying that changes had been approved. I hit refresh on right move and it had been changed already. So it's really been quite surprising for us because we thought all of this stuff took days and weeks and can't really work out where £8000 would have gone to our previous estate agent.
I also found a tiny glitch on the website wording and it was fixed within 48 hours which was great.
I just telephoned about getting a sign as we didn't choose it on checkout and it advised I was caller number one in the queue and about 40 seconds later somebody answered... So the phones are well supervised as well, So I was through to somebody within about 2 minutes.
So to be honest, I'd never actually heard of them. I asked Google AI which is Gemini. "What would suit all of my needs because we're quite capable of uploading our own photos and description" and it recommended this company and so far it's been pretty awesome but still leaves you wondering where that extra £7000 goes with your original estate agent.....

Dreadful impression
Emoov have a property on Rightmove in Stoney Cross, Bideford advertised as a 4 bed. Well it is not a 4 bed. It is a 3 bed with an option to build/extend/upgrade to a 4 bed. If they are prepared to con the reader in this manner when they were already contacted by the authorities at Rightmove and they still have not changed their advert, then what else are they not being forthright about.

Property information is provided to us by the seller and is then used to prepare the marketing particulars. Where a property has development potential or an alternative layout, it is important that this is made clear within the description.
