We hired them for 2 tasks, file our taxes and incorporate our businesss. Everything went well at first until we sent payment, then it all went downhill.

For filing our personal taxes, we had to gather all the numbers for them. All they ended up doing was filing it. They put our income as a business expense instead of income - my income was recorded as negative which doesn't even make sense. The filing recorded that despite having an income that year, we would've paid 0 in income taxes. If we hadn't caught their mistake and made them fix it, we probably would've been audited. We had them fix it and they missed some of my income so we had to catch that mistake again and get them to fix it. In the end, all they did was file our taxes. We had to do all the heavy lifting of gathering all the numbers, filling out the forms, catching their mistakes, wasting our own time on the phone with them trying to get them to realize they made a mistake. At first they tried to give us excuses too. This was a massive waste of money and time. Filing through Wealthsimple was free and took the same amount of effort, asside from having to hold their hand and correct their issues.

These guys have to be the worst accountants in Canada.

Unprofessional. Terrible management from top to bottom. Avoid this company

If you decide to use their service, whatever you do, do not pay a deposit upfront! They will refer your tax file to a 3rd party in a foreign country and quality of service is awful.

Very disappointing. Paid them to file my non resident tax return and they failed to do so without any explanation. Haven’t received any responses to my multiple emails.

Stay away. The people I dealt with had no idea what they were doing.

Slow responses, constant mistakes, and zero accountability. They did not care. I was chasing them to do basic work I paid for. Wouldn't trust them with a calculator, let alone my finances.

They have heavy advertising that makes you think they are good. Then, you will speak with one of their professionals, who is indeed a professional. However, when it comes to the actual tax filing, it is done by people who know less than you about taxes. The quality of their service is poor; avoid them.
