Flexible, quality, good value

I think the lesssons on the website are quite good. It seems they are put together in a way to have little successes quite often. Makes learning more fun. Looks to be alot more to do when I am better at playing.

This is exactly what i was looking for where it is structured and goes over fundamentals while then applying what you have learned.

The ability to change how fast or slow the lessons are and replaying the lesson is very helpful.

I have made more progress with GuitarTricks in 3 months than I did with other programs in 5 years. I practice nearly everyday. The program is easy to follow and supports continued learning.

Took forever just to tune the guitar. This gave me a mild setback and planned to jump back on it this week and I would guess time to review some of the basic lessons including how to hold how to read the music. How to place chords, etc., etc. but I am in this for the long haul!

I have had the subscription to guitar tricks in the past about 5 years ago.
I have recently decided to sign up again to polish up on some of the things that I really need to understand music better.

The lessons are good. I would consider myself an intermediate player, but never took real lessons so I never learned scales or any fundamentals. My main issue is with the app. My progress is not being tracked so I dont know where I left off when trying jump into the next lesson.

Just great step by step lessons to get you into playing guitar in no time

I haven’t been able to get my login info for the App. I’ve messaged customer service several times.

After reading this review guitar tricks sent me an email and a phone number to call. I called the number during their business hours and got a recording. I left a message to ask them to call me back and have still not heard back. They also haven’t responded to my emails and there is no response in my spam folder.

Yay! Their tech support called me and helped me solve my technical problems! It’s a great app once you get access!

I am trying several online guitar tutorial platforms as a new beginner. I really am enjoying the approach and organization of this beginner course, and look forward to using it daily. I can already play piano and read music, but have been looking for a tutor that makes sense in first steps to learning, notes, chords, riffs and songs that I enjoy on the guitar. The focus seems to be rock, blues and some acoustic.

I'm just returning after having to cancel after Covid and was happy to see that all my lessons previously completed were still logged and the site itself had been changed around, easier to negotiate and loaded with lots more tunes!

I love the lessons. I have skipped around watching YouTube videos and all I got was frustrated. I can rewind or speed up and go back if I need to. Thank you for making a great program.

I signed up for Guitar Tricks then discovered through email conversations with their helpdesk they don't do courses for bassist's. The helpdesk were great with speedy responses and particularly for refunding my subscription in full. It's a pity because I'd already started on the foundation course and enjoying the tutor & his methods. I'm certain the long term learning process would've been great.

GuitarTricks guided me through my first steps of learning the guitar. It motivated me to stay focused, helped me to have a consistent progress and aquire the necessary skills to become more confident and independent. The lessons are well structered and easy to follow. Reason I'm cancelling my subscribtion is mainly financial but I hope to get back soon.

I love the structured lessons. They really help me focus and keep on track. I'm just getting started with the platform but so far I'm impressed with the quality and expansive content. I'm looking forward to seeing my progress and using more of the other tools the program has to offer.
