The shoes very comfortable as exactly what I was expecting

I ordered a pair of black loafers from Guystep and received them a couple of weeks later. Before receiving the shoes, I emailed the company to request a delivery time; it was taking too long. The company was very responsive, and the customer service is top-notch. They sent me a tracking number and kept me informed at every step. Once I received the shoes, it was worth the wait. The shoes are gorgeous and well made. However, the shoes were slightly too big. I emailed the company to let them know I ordered a US size 6; I wasn’t sure why these shoes were larger. They asked me to send a picture of the shoe size; I did, and in less than one day they sent me a replacement in a smaller size, free of charge. They also asked me to keep the old one. For the price I paid, I don’t think you can beat that. Shoes look exactly like the pictures. After receiving my shoes, I ordered 4 more pairs. I’m waiting for the new ones to come; I’m so excited. I would recommend this company; they’re great and very responsive. The shoes are well made; the only thing is, delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks. Oh, I also don’t really like the smell of the leather; not that it’s bad, it’s just my preference. I already have another four pairs in my cart. This is a great and affordable company. I will definitely give them more business. I’m a satisfied customer.

First they allowed a significant delay in sending the goods to me. Then, when I demanded compensation (refund) for this delay, they insulted me in private correspondence and blacklisted me.
