Scammers. Called for fixing radiator issue and was told if it can't be fixed in a hour it will be estimated and there won't be any call out charge.. but they messed up the whole system and even stopped hot water from working and surprisingly invoiced £300 for a leak which they caused during check and had to fix. When asked about it they try to scam saying they fixed a leak (they caused) for £300 and estimate to change pump is £800. I had to call somone else as I lost hot eater supply due to them and they fixed it in no time by replacing the pump and charged only£320 inclusive of labour and pump spare.
Very professional and tidy
Despite a misunderstanding about the nature of the job, they agreed to credit the initial visit charge as a gesture of good will. The electrician and plumber who worked in our home were both knowledgeable and clean. They clearly explained all the necessary steps and provided us with options on how to proceed. It was a very positive experience at a very reasonable price and we would definitely use their services again.

I have used this company for many years their engineers are first class especially a new one this time called Fara .
Boiler Issue
I spent just under £600 (inc. VAT) for H2 to fix a leak in my boiler. A week later the leak returned from the same spot (PRV level/handle) and they said it was a separate issue and would be another £900-ish (inc. VAT) to fix. They then admitted that they missed the issue in their first visit, but that ultimately this is just the process.
They offered to take 1.5 hours (around £180 inc. VAT) off my next bill for missing the issue, which I just found offensive given how much the total cost was increasing by. Because of the timing of a couple of emails from them, I thought they offered me 2.5 hours off my next bill and said I would agree to the work on that basis, but they were not willing to do this.
I was clear with them from the start that I was trying to make a financial assessment as to whether to fix a problem or have a new boiler installed. I am now having a new boiler installed by another company, but their oversight has just made it more expensive for me.
They also did not confirm for 5 days whether my boiler is even safe to use in its current state (I had to ask 3 or 4 times), so I’ve been without hot water and heating for several days.
It has been time-consuming dealing with H2 for this job so I cannot recommend the work or the customer services provided (my emails were referred to as frustrating, which I find inappropriate when I’m just trying to resolve an issue).
I’ve had jobs completed by H2 before and they have been fine, but I will not use them again. Their services are not cheap and based on that customers should be able to rely on receiving the correct advice and a better overall experience.
(Also, I have never left a negative review for another company)

Plumber came to do gas safety…
Plumber came to do gas safety inspection and service. The plumber pulled boiler cover off with force, which in turn broke in front of me. The plumber said he had fixed the damage but he has not. The cover has fallen down.
Rang head office to raise complaint only to be told that while not saying they don't believe me, this has never happened before and is out of character for the plumber..
I am left with a repair bill now. I am going to use Pimblico Plumbers going forward..

I urgently required an EICR for my property in a short space of time. H2 responded promptly and by the following day they carried out the job. Further work was required and the deadline was drawing near and again they were able to respond and have the job completed on time. Overall I found them cooperative and willing to go the extra mile. I would certainly be using them again.

Disappointing experience - credit card charged without authorisation
I have used H2 a few times and the quality of the workmanship does, on the whole, seem to be pretty good. However, I had a very disappointing experience recently where my credit card was charged without my authorisation.
H2 were called out to fix a faulty soft close function on a toilet seat on a toilet they had installed previously - the plumber was here for no more than 10 minutes on the basis that this was a recall to follow up on the installation of the toilet. Without really allowing me to explain the issue and generally being quite dismissive, the plumber suggested that there might be a charge after all as he argued the fault lay with the soft close seat, rather than the installation which was done by H2. This is something I dispute, not least because it is clearly not an issue with the seat which is now working perfectly since they came to fix it after the initial faulty installation. The plumber said he would speak to the office, which I did not take to mean I was going to be charged immediately and I expected there would be a conversation between me and the office. A few days later I was charged £111 without my authorisation, or any kind of courtesy call to discuss why H2 felt the work was chargeable (which I still do not accept - the explanation I have been provided is inconsistent). Even if it had been agreed that the work was chargeable (which, as I have stated, I do not accept) charging £111 for 10 minutes work without any authorisation or a heads up from H2 is extremely poor.
Given that my credit card has now been charged and H2 have failed to engage, there is little more I can do than write this review but I think it is important for other potential customers to be aware of how H2 operate.

Not impressed at all. Reached out for plumber, he was here for 10 mins could not fix problem and H2 had temerity to charge £54!. Will not ever use again

Customer service was excellent, I was kept informed of the scheduling for a technician to visit the flat and fix my boiler. Fair pricing. Quick response. Job done!

Top class Gas Engineers & Electricians
H2 Property Services have consistently provided reliable and efficient services to us. A gas supply and also a 45 Amp power supply were provided by H2 (in readiness for a dual fuel cooker.) John Lewis installation services then followed up & connected/tested/demonstrated the cooker. All H2 visits went to plan on the pre-arranged days & within the two hour time slots as booked. A totally reliable service from the admin/ booking team to the engineers that carry out the work on site. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New boiler installation - In a rush
The boiler in my rented property broke down after 20 years just as the temperature had dropped.
H2 arrived quickly the same day to diagnose the problem and suggested a boiler replacement as the parts for the old boiler were unobtainable.
New Worcester Bosch boiler installed the next day along with a Hive thermostat.
Very happy tenant with a new more efficient boiler and heating.
Happy landlord for completely painless process. H2 kept me informed of the whole process and kept me in contact. All done very quickly.

Great service and quick response - I am an overseas landlord and H2 took all the hassle out of dealing with a problem
Never again..
Never again... I really cannot recommend H2 after a recent very negative experience. Following a callout to fix a radiator, their engineer switched off all the radiators without informing us, then left promising to send a report, leaving us with no heating at all, a far worse situation than we started with. When I called them urgently about this on the day, they promised to call back after speaking to the engineer, but they never bothered, and now with no heating, we ended up getting the problem fixed by someone else that evening for £75. Partly to address the problem they'd caused, by simply opening the valves they'd left closed, and partly by draining the radiator that wasn't working. After hearing nothing but noticing I'd been billed, I called them and they said they'd sent us a report the following day (as if this somehow made up for not calling back on the day) regarding the work needed. I subsequently retrieved their report from spam and was surprised to see that the estimated cost to repair was over £400, quite a bit higher than the £75 we ended up paying someone else. When we questioned their poor handling of this matter, they were rude and extremely defensive. They have billed us over £130 for the 'work done'.
