The platform itself is simple to use, and the turnaround is fast. If you've ever wanted to send a thoughtful card and then never gotten around to it because life got busy, this is the answer. this was the absolute worst service I have ever used — they do not mention it will likely take 2 weeks from order until delivery, and "customer service" reprimanded me instead of trying to help.

I used them to "enter" an online sweepstakes multiple times and they sent the postcards promptly. I also won too.
