Went to hard rock in Las Vegas . Restaurant was half empty but still told there was a ten minute wait . After about 14 minutes I asked why with a half empty restaurant was I waiting . Very aggressive women said it’s only been 13 minutes I’ll seat you in 2 minutes. I told her to forget it and went else where. Train your staff to be polite to the people that pay her wages . She should not be dealing with the public .as a company don’t make people wait for no apparent reason. There are thousands of restaurants in Las Vegas bad manners from your staff will see more people like me voting with their feet , and your new blue guitar will end up playing a different tune

This is the absolute worst sports betting/casino!!! Completely different experiences when I played in Michigan.Now that I'm in Florida, it has been the most horrible experiences. This place is definitely all for themselves.They don't even pretend to be there for their customers! Rewards and promotions are the worst I've ever had offered, that's if they even offer any at all. Just straight garbage, don't trust this place. Don't play Here. You won't have any fun

This place is the biggest scam in the valley, there's no winning, just a pay to play attitude and a money grab from when you walk in till you exit. Has done nothing but put a drain on our community since it open the doors. Wake up people, there's nothing but scam and greed at this place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere that will appreciate the business, and not look to empty your wallet every time you walk through the door.

I loss thousands of dollars hardrock gave me $80 in free play I tried to use my free play and was not able to do so. Was told my account was locked. Spoke with someone from the office was told that when I play my free play I have to put some of my own money back in machine. Why the hell would I I go to the Casino to play to loose more money. If this continues I will stop going to hardrock.

They seriously need to consider how loud the music is out here. I would like to hear my machine over the music.

Online casino is terrible. Somehow they can’t verify my identity but having no trouble stealing my money! Unable to verify transactions online but somehow they still take money. Card was info was removed and yep you guessed it they are still taking money! Stay away from them. They lack honesty, transparency and integrity!

The hotel in Biloxi MS, accommodations were pretty good. I had one problem with the shower nozzle i couldn't get just warm water, it was scalding hot. The food was pretty good, i ordered from room service. The casino, well, it sucked pretty much. Didn't have the games I wanted to play, one of the floor people told me they have to pay fees to have certain games on the floor, so they don't have them. Like wheel of fortune games, triple diamond, double diamond, hot ice, etc. The slots were so tight, i don't mind spending money on gambling as long as it seems like it is fair, but it was not so. I think the machines are programmed for a certain percentage and that's that. No one was winning, I didn't hear any bells going off on the floor at all. Just an all out terrible slot experience. I walked to the Beau Rivage next door and had better luck and the machines I prefer to play.

Absolutely loved our visit! The coffee was outstanding, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Special thanks to Sofi, who made our experience truly exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy and genuine care really stood out.

Noemy was taking good care of us I give her 5 stars!

Hard Rock at Nashville was very welcoming for my whole family. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

Talk about a complete scam anygame you play you will win the first hand than loose every hand consecutively shits got a whole new meaning of scam stay away from this place every game is rigged so bad it’s gotta be illegal imagine playing 25 hands of blackjack and the dealer hits for BJ 15 times in a row than hits on 20 10times after that and you got dealt a 13 or 15 everytime out all those hands yea that’s this place the win rate is 0 it’s sad honestly how they don’t even give people the chance to win

So much fun memories, can't wait to go back to Manchester and visit their local at Printworks again.

Man listen , whom ever is responsible for responding to emails about situations regarding accounts needs to be in someone else office because for 1 it don't take 3 or 4 days to verify somebody account. these people put my account on closed becuause I got 2 different phone numbers. I clearly told these people about my change of phone number. im on my 4 day and hard rock still havent open my account. This people is full of shit . Im say it again these people are racists and full shit.

This is an email I got this morning 6 months after the unpleasant experience at Hard rock, so I replied and this is what I said

Yeah unfortunately I do! We were not treated well by the staff. Made to feel bothersome becos of the noise and awful tables, the table they gave us was the worst possible, asking to move, seemed to annoy all the staff when there was plenty tables available, and yes it may well be that u are assigned a waiter but none of them were any good at their job, luckily I wasn't the only one who complained about the exact same thing. The staff were rude, rhr place was cold loud too bright and generally crap. The food was not great either. Expensive for what it was. Never going back.

Went to London for the weekend, myself, my wife and my son, to celebrate my son’s birthday.

We went to Hard Rock Cafe at Piccadilly Circus.

Upon entering we were told it was a 15 minute wait, and we could browse the store which was fine.

50 minutes later our handheld buzzer hadn’t gone off, and we asked what was going on. They apologised and said we wouldn’t be long, and then 10 minutes later we were seated.

The service was fine, although there was quite an initial wait to take our order.

The food was pretty good although it wasn’t the warmest, and all three of us pointed that out.

My biggest issue, and it’s the reason I wanted to write this review….

When the bill came, the was a service charge of £11 added. It wasn’t suggested, optional etc, it was right there on the bill.

At no time were we told it was optional, or we could have it removed.

It’s not until I googled it and saw people complain and say they had asked for it to be removed.

This is an absolutely disgusting practice, and should absolutely not be allowed!

By all means prompt for a tip, give an option etc.

To just add it to the bill and put people in a position where they either don’t know it can be removed, or are embarrassed and anxious to ask for it to be removed is disgraceful.

After this we will never be using hard rock again!

Horrible food ceaser salad was a joke! And no Jameson whiskey! Don’t eat here in Madrid, the spare ribs were very poor quality and the gratin was not a gratin and the salad was more an offensive! For sure this hotel is not run by Americans. The service and staff very good and correct and the drinks but they should upscale the kitchen
