We've had a number of satin nickel hooks from you. All have been excellent, but this time you sent us the same hook but with flat headed screws rather than Phillips screws. The flat headed screws were useless in a hardwood door, so had to source Phillips screws in the same satin nickel from elsewhere.

Product great delivery too slow.
The product was great and ordering was without issue however the product took a long time to arrive.
In this day and age to survive companies need a next day option or 48 hours at the very least.

We do specify orders will be dispatched within 3 to 4 working days from order date. We dispatched item 2 1/2 working days from your order.
Feedback on our delivery times is generally very positive.
We did look at feasibility of shortening dispatch and delivery times but found majority of customers continued to use the standard dispatch options - due to costs.
It is something that is under constant review as we are always trying to find ways to improve our service.
