Order and delivery all great, but can't comment on the goods!
The experience I'm reviewing is the ordering and delivery of my UPS batteries, which was flawless. I'm not reviewing the batteries themselves, however, because my order was due to a misunderstanding and I didn't actually need them just yet, so they remain under my desk in their box for now!

The service was quick, prompt and efficient. And good value for money.

The battery was good; delivery was appalling.
The battery was perfect and was delivered promptly but just not to my home where I asked it to be left. I waited all afternoon with a neighbour who was going to fit it for me, but it was really a quarter of a mile away. That's a long way to carry a heavy battery for an OAP.
