Order not received and no reply to emails
I ordered a pack of razor blades on 5th April, I received an email from Evri saying my parcel had been received but the tracking information was last updated on 9th April.
I emailed Harrys razors on the 15th, 22nd and 30th of April but they did not reply, finally today I opened a case with pay pal and received an immediate refund.
Very poor customer service, I will not order from Harrys again.

I switched from the original Harry’s to Harry’s Plus and was extremely disappointed. The Plus version gives such a poor shave that I’ve switched blades twice thinking there might be a defect. But all three blades give the same terrible shave. Almost like there isn’t even a steel blade just plastic. I have to go over the same spot two or three times. I was quite satisfied with the original Harry’s but the Plus version is a waste of money
Harry's started as a good offering but not now
Harry's started as a good offering, but has faltered in recent offerings. Too many blades and handles...should have left well enough alone...switching back to my old razor with blades I can get anywhere.

Not sure what all the hype is about, very poor quality razor compared to the main high street brands. Very rough finish and not close at all, managed to cut myself on the very first use which is something I've not done with other brands in years, blades don't seem particularly sharp or effective.
Groundhog Day
Been with Harry Blades for a number of years. Unfortunately last order never came through. They say I skipped it online . What I did was add to it . Now I may have made a mistake when adding to my schedule. However When it did not arrive , I contacted Harry’s and explained. Since then they emailed me asking if I want the schedule order plus what I added . I said yes . Then they sent out another email asking if I wanted my schedule order plus what I added to it ……. Groundhog Day .

These were the best razors I've ever used. However, something has changed, they used to last but now they go blunt after 1/2 uses.
Not sure what the company have done but there is a noticeable difference. I'll be looking for another brand.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I purchased harrys based on reviews but I found them very poor on application. The blades didn't give a good finish and it seemed that the first blade did the work and the following blades skipped over the stubble. Not a good finish.
New Blades and Razor
Not often I write a review about a razor , but the Harry’s Razor and blades are amazing. The balance and weight of the handle is unmatched and the clean blades are effortless. Totally delighted

Always good products and prompt delivery. Stopped ordering when I decided to grow a beard but they were still helpful. Have now started shaving again so will be ordering from them again soon.
