New improved Harry's razor lost pivot at the razor head. It was past 30 days, Harry's would not allow return, so I trashed the razor and the remaining new blades, 5 out of 8 that came with the initial purchase.
I have been using this brand for years
I have been using this brand for years. They have changed there steel.The use of time has diminished immensely. And I'm sad to say it.I shave my head everyday. I used to have to wait after popping a new blade on my razor. Several days on my beard before I could touch my head. It would cut the shit out of it if I didn't know the feel. Everything I have bought in the last 3 yrs doesn't last 2 months. So sad to have another company go profit over quality

First off
First off, I left a bad review thinking I was missing part of the package deal. Come to find out, my wife did not tell me till afterwards the order was complete. Harrys was going to send me another package at no charge. Before they shipped it, I was able to tell them that we did get the whole package after all. The newer version PLUS. In fact, I'm still using the original razor for over 5 years now. One blade lasts me for at least 4 to 6 weeks easy. I have a goatee so not full-face shave. and I shave about every other day! I hope the new PLUS is as good or better than what I have been using. Once I'm out of the old blades, I will start with the NEW PLUS. Highly recommend the shave cream, the shave, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I've been shaving my head for years
I've been shaving my head for years, so I know how a razor should perform. This was, without question, the worst shaving experience I've ever had.
The first blade lasted only one shave before it was already showing rust, which is completely unacceptable. I figured maybe I just got a bad blade, so I opened a brand-new replacement. That one was even worse. I shave my head in the shower, and within minutes I realized something was seriously wrong. My head was covered in cuts, and there was blood everywhere. By the time I got out of the shower, blood was running down my face and neck. My wife had to hold a towel against my head to help stop the bleeding because there was so much blood. Several of the cuts were deep enough that they continued bleeding, and I've been changing Band-Aids for two days because they still haven't fully stopped. I've never had anything like this happen with any other razor. A shaving product should not leave someone looking like they've been injured. Between a blade rusting after a single use and a brand-new blade slicing my scalp repeatedly, this product is completely unacceptable.

First time trying these, on my second use of the blade it left my face in a mess. Very poor experience and would recommend you avoid these.
Men's Soaps
I would highly recommend Harry's men soaps! Haven't found one I don't like. Feel free to send me the Stone scent anytime!

Contacted harrys all on line nobody to speak to help desk no good at all you just go round in a circle they dont even contact you on complaints have used these blades when they came out now no longer will I use ' the only time they contact when they want to sell will get all my colleges and friends to go with Gillette I'm very annoyed
