Unfortunately this company are liars!
I have offered multiple times to return the item and take photos just that I'm not following a two page instruction to download their apps, copy their links then take videos to send to them. The item is faulty and consumer rights say in allowed to return it. As you can see Georgia is oblivious.
I purchased a very expensive hauck runner 3, it's fault after a few months. They want me to go through a huge process downloading apps, videos etc rather than me just returning the item.
They even said don't use it as the brakes are broken yet give me no alternative.
They're a cheaper brand for a reason.

Be warned they're a foreign make and couldn't care less about customers.
The fact they've not responded in English when the product was purchased from England and I'm English says it all! You just have to read their reviews. horrific customer service

Really impressed with Hauck. We had an issue with the front wheel on our brand-new Shop N Care pushchair after it hit a small stone. The wheel buckled and was damaged, so I contacted Hauck to explain what had happened.

They were absolutely brilliant and sent us two replacement wheels completely free of charge, without any questions or hassle. I honestly wasn’t expecting that and was so pleased with how quickly and kindly they dealt with it.

The Shop N Care is a great pushchair — practical, sturdy and really easy to use — but the customer service has definitely made us even happier with our purchase

We have 3 children and will only use hauck for our pram/runner and double buggy. We have the hauck dryk duo, hauck runner and hack newborn pram as well as the car seat. Cannot recommend highly enough for an outdoors, active family. We use the runner and double every day and have done for the past 3 years. Sturdy, great suspension. Currently have our 4 and 2 year old in the double and they're very comfortable and happy using the buggy.

Hauck Travel N Care Pushchair - Dark Olive.

DO NOT buy this product. Terrible to control even on UK pavements. The wheel often struggle to go over the smallest differences in surface and sometime turn, which causes the front to break.

Today the front wheel locks tippy the pushchair over and my child landing face first on the concrete. We had to call emergency services for he injuries.

Wheels keep buckling under. I can BUY new wheels but the company won’t guarantee this will not happen again!!!!!!!!!! Use a reliable company

I bought a Hauck Rapid 3 trio set on the e-commerce they recommended.
The product arrived with several defects: hard and imprecise mechanisms, damaged and low quality materials.
It was a cheap stroller and I didn't expect it to be perfect, but better than this way...
I reported the matter to Hauck and they replied that "the stroller was actually damaged".
No response to my request for suggestions on how to fix the defects, even by purchasing spare parts or missing components.
Bad products and bad experience!

Almost kill my kid using pushchair while i was waking. It assembled it self and my kid fallen over handle bar hitting his head on the pavement.

Terrible as stroller was damaged in Day 2 of using and cannot be returned.
