Frames were delived with no damage.

Amazing price and amazing product

Quick shipping, well packaged and high quality

The frame looks nice, however the "glass" material was very cheap and hardly fit in the frame correctly. It seems to be smaller than the actual frame. Because of this it was a pain getting the art piece in the frame without it falling out along with the glass. For the price and the marketing that goes into this product I expected much better quality.

It's now 7 days after my order was placed. No shipping updates. The website says I can download the "Shop App" to get shipping updates. Unacceptable! I shouldn't have to download an app to get updates and I shouldn't have to wait a week for my order to ship.

The frame color was the same as in the photo. The frame was easy to install and lightweight. My order arrived before the delivery date. One thing to be aware of: If your existing matting is too thick, it might not fit in the frame.

Haus & Hues was a really great experience from start to finish. The prints look just as good in person as they do online, with clean designs and solid quality. Everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Best choice!!!

I just got a large art print last week, and I was surprised by how good the quality was for such a large piece!

I ordered a 16x16 frame. The frame that came looks very cheap. I need to return it.

I love the prints but the shipping was an issue, the envelope was damaged so the prints were also bent. The creases on the prints are noticeable so I’m debating on returning.

Terrible communication, terrible user experience for tracking product. website is nice but after you press confirm order the entire experience went downhill fast.

Placed an order as a first time customer. Over a week later it said the order shipped. Another week went by with no tracking dates. I had to reachout to customer service (they didn’t contact me) for them to tell me my order is out of stock. Will never order from

I ordered 12 gallery frames and only received 6. I have notified them multiple times and they still haven’t sent them.

I purchased a wooden/plexi frame for a large poster. Upon arrival it took time to get the back off, insert the poster and have it "sit" properly because the plexi was slipping and the groove seemed to be problematic. Two of us worked on it for some time before we were satisfied. I'm just hoping the poster doesn't slip when I hang it on the wall soon.

Placed an order on 12/16 (website said will ship 3-5 biz days). I contacted H&H on 12/23 and they said "We’ve recently experienced a high volume of orders, which led to some shipping delays". Then I reached out again on 12/26 and they replied with a tracking number for shipping. It's now 1/3 and USPS still doesn't have the package yet. Very dissatisfied!

I'm going on day 21 since I ordered, my order still hasn't shipped.
