Selective Listening regional director…
Had a call from regional director yesterday whilst I got an apology for my experience.
However she failed completely because she was unable to accept that their options phone system was broken when you push the various options yet the person answering the call cannot see what options you picked and asked them all again.
NHS Rngland should not be engaging HCR Care Group with taxpayers money whilst they lack the ability to place themselves in the patients shoes. This director in my view seems happy to take taxpayers money but not to provide an efficient service. NHS England are equally failing by engaging this wholly incompetent contractor.
