Unreliable and appalling customer service.

One of their representatives was meant to visit yesterday and promised they would call on the day to advise of time as it would be late in the day due to a previous job. We understood it may not happen but expected a call to advise. But nothing.
We contacted them 3 times to find out what was happening. But no one returned the call, and a day on, no one has bothered to call us today either.
Absolutely shocking. We contacted this firm because they have the 'buy with confidence' stamp. I would suggest this needs to be removed.

My recommendation is don't use. Unreliable. Poor communications bordering on rude.
