I always have a wonderful shopping…

I always have a wonderful shopping experience at H-E-B! The employees are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The store is clean, well-organized, and offers a great variety of fresh, high-quality products at reasonable prices. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort the staff puts into making every visit pleasant and convenient. H-E-B is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Highly recommended!

Cakes in bakery are dangerous, false advertising

I bought a strawberry topped butter creme frosted cake today at a woodlands store ( outside of houston). I looked at other cakes in case and most were stske, crusty, and shriveled fruit on top, i should have walked away.
I bought the one that looked good and then I got it home. I tried it and it was really a cherry frosting even though the was supposed to be strawberry.
I am allergic to cherry so immediately got a reaction. This is dangerous to false advertisement like this!!
Stay away from the bakery at heb!!
I waste of time and money with unhealthy products for sale!!

Well posting for this location

Well posting for this location, somehow they have a list in offices on customers / employees they hate or reviews of issues from the past. I travel all over the state with this being top location of the worst with mgmt or services. Time overdue and images need to be taken. Other thing is some of these so called mgmt know who you are and the look they give you is like why are you shopping here. We spend quite a bit here and the economy will keep beating up the consumer. We do not need miserable HEB employees with no life future to make it worse. This place needs help, images will be a future displayed like the huge list in upstair offices.

Extremely disappointed in HEB!

Extremely disappointed in HEB!! You guys are ridiculous with your prices!!! I’m disgusted that I have no choice but to shop here! Quality is bad, but the prices are still high. The produce is crap. The tortillas aren’t good. I came to the store yesterday the pumpkins were 3.97! Today they’re almost $9!!!! You’re greedy for no reason!!!!!

I have Title: H-E-B Lampasas, TX — Disrespectful, Judgmental, and Unwelcomingbeen extremely disappointed with…

I have been extremely disappointed with the way I've been treated at the H-E-B in Lampasas, Texas.

I work 14 to 18 hours a day, often doing physically demanding work. When I stop for groceries after work, I'm usually covered in dirt and whatever else comes with earning an honest living. Apparently, that is enough for some employees to look at me differently and make me feel unwelcome.

I've received uncomfortable looks, disrespectful attitudes, and treatment that has made me seriously question whether I was being judged or treated with prejudice because of my appearance.

On one occasion, I had a shopping cart full of groceries when an employee asked whether I needed bags and then questioned whether I had enough money to pay for my purchases.

Seriously? Just because I'm covered in dirt from working all day doesn't mean I can't afford my groceries.

I work hard for my money, and I shouldn't have to prove my financial standing or dress a certain way to receive basic courtesy and respect.

What makes this worse is that this wasn't the first time I've felt disrespected at this location.

A grocery store should welcome its customers, regardless of how they're dressed, what they look like, or what kind of work they do.

Hardworking people deserve respect, not judgment.

I've made my decision. I will never shop at this H-E-B again. I would rather purchase my groceries from a local gas station than put myself through another uncomfortable and humiliating experience.

My advice to H-E-B management is simple: Train your employees to treat every customer with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Nobody should be made to feel inferior simply because they walk into your store after a long day's work.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars.

You lost a customer, and based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this location.

I've always loved how friendly dl) and helpful all of the associates are. Love all of the in-store coupons, especially the one where you buy one item and get everything else for a meal free. I also like that with self-checkout and the manned checkouts and can always get out fast. Unlike the other stores in our area.

HEB now outsources home delivery.

HEB employees no longer conduct in-house home delivery. Home delivery is now outsourced to delivery vendors (e.g. Instacart, etc.) who must pick out, bag, and deliver the items. Result, 1/2 gallon of milk all over kitchen floor, 5# rice packed with 5# of canned goods causing the bag to split open on the way from the front door to the kitchen. Not a fan and will no longer buy from HEB home delivery. As an aside, Kroger uses refrigerated vans for home delivery, so no milk or frozen items in the back seat of a car when its 100 degrees.

Went to grocery store Tuesday night

Went to grocery store Tuesday night. Guy walked in with his dog . Not a service dog, wasn’t wearing any type of vest. Why was he allowed to shop in the store. No one pointed him or his dog to leave the store. He and his dog walked by several heb employees and they said nothing. I don’t want to be barked at or bitten by a dog in the grocery store. Plus some people don’t take care of their dog for as hygiene, and you letting dogs walk around the store were we are buying food. If this is a practice you let happen I will shop at Walmart. Fry rd and Tuckertone, funky ass dogs walking around in the store. Need to question how you are treating the food in your store. Is it safe to buy. Dogs have fleas.

HEB normally has good products but their Zero Original Cola should be avoided like the plague. I Cannot stand seltzer (such as Perrier) but I would even drink that before this cola. I am almost 60 years old and it is the absolute worst I have tasted with or without sugar in my life.

Horrible if you want to wait after 8pm for your meds after paying for your meds, if you want all of those heb pharmacy staffs to cuss you out because your trying to find out when your going to get your meds, if you want the heb pharmacy not to put your full address on file and you have proof from the receipt and it's sad even the heb pharmacy driver talk bad about heb handcock center pharmacy I have proof on that also telling me I should go to the Burnet Rd location instead wow and it's sad that the handcock center pharmacy delivery lady didn't have me sign my name just handed me my k9 meds and started talking bad about the handcock center pharmacy and I have proof but it surprise me how heb hancock pharmacy workers treat the customers came right out the lady who delivered my k9 meds had me thinking no wonder why I was having to count my own meds because just like the heb on North Lamar Blvd short me with my meds and they had to give me the rest the next day I believe when the heb pharmacy deliver told me what she did and I have proof don't trust those heb pharmacy because they won't give you the right amount of your meds and would find all kind of excuses because of their actions.

Groceries too expensive.

I like HEB because it’s convenient, but not anymore, I bought grocery for 5 days the most are the cheap brands as I shop with budget in mind. Everything totaled to 130 dlrs, 7 grocery bags in total. At the start of the years 130 was 7 days worth of groceries.
