CAN NOT WITHDRAW ANYMORE! WITHDREW TWICE AND NOW WITHDRAW PENDING FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. NO REPLY ON CHAT. THEY GOT ME WITH THE WELL LAID OUT WEB SITE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT ORIGINALLY. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!

withdraws have stopped with no explanation or response.
I recommend to avoid. Here's my experience:
1) Nice idea, nice website, you send crypto
2) You may be able to withdrawn once or twice
3) You may be minded to buy more after successfully withdrawing
4) One day you come to withdraw, and there's a message "No more withdrawals until you complete KYC".
5) I then submitted passport and proof of funds. Received an email saying "Rejected". But no explanation. Contacted via email, via chat. I asked a simple question: "what do you mean by "proof of funds" (bear in mind, they had already accepted on 1st of January my crypto and started my plan).
6) It has been nearly 6 weeks now, they keep rejecting my documents, providing no explanation, not responding to simple questions, and finally their chat support has been unavailable for around 2 weeks now.
Make you own decisions but my lived experience was that they were happy to receive my crypto, paid me a little back, decided enough was enough, threw up a "KYC" smokescreen, and have now disappeared.
