Simple, Cost-Effective and Great Support

Switching to HelpCrunch was a big move for us, but honestly, it has worked out really well.

The platform is simple, clean and very easy for the team to use, especially for day-to-day live chat operations. We didn’t have to spend a lot of time figuring things out or training people extensively.

Another major plus has been the pricing. Compared to other tools we evaluated, HelpCrunch felt far more cost-effective while still covering everything we needed.

Very nice service

Very nice service. Loyal to Ukrainians and generally to their own customers.
Great online chat capabilities, compared to international competitors the cost is great. There is no protection against well-thought-out spam, although there is a minimum of it in chats.
At the same time, during the entire time of use, no lags or problems affecting the operation of chats or bots were noticed. I advise you to use it, especially when they provide discounts )

A Powerful, Affordable, and Supportive All-in-One Platform!

Our experience with Helpcrunch has been nothing short of excellent. We were searching for a solution that could handle all our customer communication needs without being overly complicated or expensive, and Helpcrunch delivered on all fronts.

Hi! I’m Lesia, Head of Customer Support at our company.
I first discovered HelpCrunch at the beginning of the full-scale war, when we were desperately looking for a tool that could help us stay connected with our customers no matter what. Honestly — it was a great decision.

First of all, I’m genuinely grateful for how they supported Ukrainians — fair pricing, no marketing fluff, just real, solid help when it mattered.

Now to the actual product:
The support team is amazing — always fast, helpful, and human.
The platform is super convenient and powerful: live chat, email campaigns, knowledge base, popups, automations — all in one place, and everything just works.
Chatbots are easy to build and actually save us a ton of time.
The interface is intuitive — clean, logical, and friendly to use.
Tons of small features that make a big difference in daily support work (and aren’t just there for show).

We deal with a high volume of customer requests every day, and HelpCrunch really made our life easier.
It honestly feels like an extension of our team by now.

Really nice tool customer support and email automation

Previously we used multiple tools for the same purpose (zendesk, intercom, mailchimp...). HelpCrunch allows us to do onboarding emails, chat campaigns in our mobile apps. Customer support tools with upcoming AI functionality is really gorgeous. We use live chat, whatsapp channel and knowledge base.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid their extremely high yearly fee for 5 years now, and this past 4 days my chat has completely stopped working. Can't send or receive any messages at all. I tried to contact them and they gave me "tech support" like logging in and out of web app and then disappeared for the entire weekend as if this is not an important issue to fix, meanwhile my help chat is completely broken.

They finally got back to me 4 days later and are telling me that the reason it doesn't work is because they "notified all their customers many times" about everyone needing to update their widget code. I have searched my inbox and have not received any such notification this year. Tons of marketing communications, some "scheduled downtime" notifications, but nothing like what they are describing. The chat being broken, not addressing it for 4 days, then gaslighting their customer after the fact is absolutely insane.

Regarding the widget update, we did attempt to notify all customers via several email campaigns and dashboard alerts.
It's good practice to update third-party code in your web and mobile apps at least every 6 months to ensure reliability and remove outdated or deprecated components.

Finally found the right tool for our team to switch from Intercom

Moving to HelpCrunch from Intercom was a big decision, but it’s been worth it. We're now efficiently balancing automation of redundant queries with human support, where more complex assistant needed. This has helped us increase our customer satisfaction rating from 4 to 4.8 out of 5 since switching from Intercom. The platform is straightforward to use, the support team is always there when you need them, and we’re saving money which is a huge plus.

Amazing idea, too unreliable for a real business

Absolutely gutted to be leaving their service.

We found Helpcrunch in November and thought the software was sleek, the functionality was good and the integrations worked. We adopted it straight away.

One of the key features was the ability for a user to message us when we're offline, and for us to reply to it in-line when they were offline, and if it wasn't seen for X (specified by us) period of time, it would automatically go through as an email. This meant we could 'fire and forget', knowing it was always going to be seen.

In the first week however, this function broke and it took more than a week to fix. I found the support was a bit frustrating - they didn't seem to understand how much of a big deal this was, but it was then fixed.

Less than two months later, and first week back after New Year we're firing through responses only to find it's started happening again!!!

We've had to spend hours painfully combing back through previous conversations to see what's sent, what hasn't, what's been seen, what hasn't, and resending chats as emails - being re-written to fix the context.

Support has told us now it's going to take a whole 2 weeks to fix, which would mean 2 weeks of trying to see if we can communicate with customers online, and if not, having to then try and jump to email, or back to chat.

Such a shame. Would have never left these guys as I love the premise of the software and the pricing is fair, but this is a major and completely unacceptable failure for even a day - let alone two weeks - especially as it's the second time it's happened in two/three months.

Worse still, we had to spot this for ourselves, by chance. We don't know how many people have replies waiting for them on the system which they'll never see, and we can't work out how much business we've lost because of this.

Now looking for an alternative, and replacing immediately. Don't recommend them to any other businesses.

We begrudgingly stayed with HelpCrunch after the above mentioned issues. We did have one more recurrence in c. May, but it was resolved within 48 hours.

Whilst these let downs are excruciatingly painful, I do believe the software is second to none. We find it really easy to manage huge amounts of chats. It's clear, presents large chunks of chats and multiple conversations well, and our clients seem to love it too so if you can, it's probably worth a punt. Had we not had the issues mentioned above, it would be 5 stars regardless.

Easy-to-use software that boosts customer engagement

I’d start by saying that it’s the best tool in the niche for its price. Furthermore, I love their customer support, the team is always friendly and open to answering any questions.
It seems like I’ve already tried each customer communication software out there, so you can trust my opinion! :)) Eventually, I chose HelpCrunch and I am so glad I did it. It’s so easy to set up and use.
You should know that I am not a techie at all! I work as a chief editor at the news agency, and it took me just two hours to install and set up HelpCrunch. So if you ask me, I would suggest HelpCrunch to anyone who wants to improve communication with customers.
