Perfect quality, delivery was very fast, I’m truly satisfied

The order placed on Dec 14th still had the status "in preparation" on Dec 24th and no information from customer service. Very poor service and because I ordered few items, some of my family members were left with no Xmas gifts. Not recommended

I purchased Hedrix T-shirts 2 years ago, and back then, the quality was truly premium. Based on that experience, I ordered again, but what arrived this time is vastly different.
Instead of the promised "heavyweight cotton," I received a see-through shirt made of very ordinary, thin material. Furthermore, the product description does not match reality – they claim the shirt has a printed label (tagless), but it actually has a standard physical tag on the neck.
It feels like cheap promotional merchandise that is just pretending to be a premium brand. If you are expecting the same quality as before, you will be disappointed. I do not recommend it.

Hedrix has proven to be an excellent supplier: having ordered 3 t-shirts I received the mystery-shirt as a gift as promised, but in a different size than the one requested. Well, I just had to report the problem and they immediately sent me another t-shirt in the requested size, leaving me the other one as a gift as well. These are also well-made garments, of excellent quality, which I recommend to everyone. Thanks Hedrix!

Very good products, but need to improve customer service as communication is delayed. In general everything ok, package material, product design etc. but need to hire maybe more people just to reply to emails.
