Awful
Overall, Henry Meds deserves better. But I have had nothing but issues with delayed shipping and two beyond awful experiences with one of their practitioners. I will absolutely not meet with Michelle Deflorimonte, NP ever again. She is neither prepared nor professional. The first appointment, she had not pulled my lab work to even facilitate the appointment. Which she disconnected and said she would pull and get back to me and never did. The second most recent appointment she did not place the order for my prescription refill. It wasn't until I called customer service a week later to follow up to discover this. Shame on her and shame on Henry Meds for continuing to allow for this "professional" to represent them.
