I had the pleasure of using Her Hair Company’s Burmese curly crochet bundles for my Miracle Knots and I had a great experience. I was able to fully bleach and process this hair without there being any damage. The curls reverted back right away. Matched my natural hair perfectly!

I used three bundles of the feather crochet extensions for a Tyla braids style and I’m obsessed! The hair is super soft, lightweight, and gives a really natural, full finish. Definitely love the quality

I purchased clip-ins from Her Hair Company and it was my first time installing them on myself, they were very easy to install and the quality of the hair is amazing. The hair is very soft and holds a curl well. Definitely would recommend anyone to purchase!

I’m really obsessed with my bundles from her hair . I got 3 pack of the body wave bundles (18”,20” &22”). The quality of these bundles are top knot and they have a full density.

Her Hair Company is an excellent company to order! From soft bundles to the gorgeous kinky clip ins that I have my eyes on next, the hair quality did very well with both my quick weave install and also the curly bulk hair for my boho knotless braids. And I have 4c hair by the way :)

I’m truly disappointed in my hair purchase. This is by far the worst hair purchase I’ve ever had. I typically purchase from Elysian Glam and I LOVE their hair, but I wanted to try a kinky straight texture. Unfortunately, I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what?! My install looks great, my stylist did her thing! But! No sooner than I left the salon my hair was shedding like crazy. Baby, if I’m kidnapped just follow the trail or hair. I’ve literally been vacuuming my home multiple times a day b/c there’s so much shedding. Even in my car! Then! When I say this hair will NOT hold any kind of curl. Wand curls, flat iron curls, curling iron, perm rods, flexi rods. They all fall in an hour or less. I love the texture and the fullness but I can’t do anything with it. I’ve reached out via the “contact us” feature twice for a resolution and nothing yet. I guess that’s what I get for trying something new 😩

Regarding the shedding, the same stylist that has done my sewins with my Elysian Glam and Curls Queen hair did my sewin with the hair I purchased from you guys, and I had barely any shedding at all with either companies hair. Additionally, she was able to curl the Elysian glam hair, and so was I. I could also use rods on that hair and it doesn’t work with the hair I purchased from you guys.

***UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO THE BUSINESS SECOND REPLY*** It saddens me to see no accountability, no realistic offer to resolve, just continued justification. This is not my first rodeo with hair. I’ve never used “thin hair” as my hair is not thin, hence the reason I ordered kinky straight. I didn’t order it expecting it to be thin. Additionally, I never said the hair was hard to curl. I said it will not HOLD the curls. Wand curls, curling iron, flat iron, no matter the tool or how high the heat (my tools go up to 420), even if I curl with heat and immediately rod the hair until I’m ready to actually wear the curls, they do not hold. They last an hour tops, even with holding spray.

Unfortunately I cannot “send the hair back” since it’s currently sewn in. Yes, your company has been around a long time, which is why I was excited to try it out. I’m sure that with that longevity you do have clients that have been with you over a decade. This also why I started this by saying perhaps I received a bad batch.

Anywho! I see that there’s no viable resolution. So lesson learned for me, I’ll stick to my go to hair companies. No biggie. I just hate wasting money!
