The delivery was chaotic. I received an email saying that my delivery was scheduled (without any input from me on day/timing). The email was sent 24 hours before they scheduled the delivery, but I didn't get it until the workday was over and when I called to reschedule, the place was closed. So they showed up when I wasn't there. They called and we rescheduled. Then they showed up 3 hours BEFORE our scheduled time. And they left it. Even though the email states that an adult has to be there to receive it - they just left it. I had to hire movers to get it inside.

The piece is perfect in my living room. Its good quality; well constructed, no blemishes in the wood or the finish. The delivery was seamless.

We encountered an issue with the coffee table - one of the hinges was broken. They were very quick to address the issue and arranged a replacement part to be shipping to me via Fed ex. I was able to replace the hinge myself. Very responsive.

I received a damaged item, they dealt it offering to replace or refund me.

Shipping was timely, the table was well packaged, the instructions were concise. No complaints.

I ordered a media console which was delivered within 10 days. The first media console I received had a good finish but was slightly warped showing some flex. It impacted movement of the front console door. I reached out to the customer support with pictures. They promptly offered to replace the console with a different model, which again was delivered within 10 days. I only had to cover the extra price of the new console minus the cost of the old console. They also offered to get rid of the old console. The team kept me updated on the replacement. The new console is sturdy and heavy. It is well built with good soft close hinges. We love the new console!

I ordered thousands of dollars worth of furniture from Hernest and never received a single item.

After failing to deliver, they claimed a refund was processed, but shifted the blame once a formal chargeback was filed through my bank. Hernest claims they "accepted the chargeback," yet my financial institution confirms the funds have not been released or cleared on Hernest's end.

They are holding thousands of dollars of my money hostage while passing the buck between customer service and their merchant bank. I have given them every opportunity to resolve this, but they refuse to cooperate or provide proof of release.

Save yourself the risk and endless headaches—do not buy from this company.

Beautiful piece of furniture, matches my antique dresser! I had my eye on it for months and I’m so happy with it. My delivery driver was amazing, brought it in and unpacked it for me even though he didn’t have to. I recommend this company whole heartedly.

unit was just dropped off and not unpacked-the drivers asked for $180 to unpack it.
I have never bought an appliance or a piece of furniture that was not unpacked. I called to complain and no one called me back from Hernst.
Also, the color of the unit is not what I expected.
It is almost pink- one of the doors is mis aligned and the top looks cheap- I am very disappointed

Website and information were fantastic. Delivery scheduling was so easy as well. The piece I purchased is high quality and absolutely beautiful. Would not hesitate to purchase from Hernest in the future.

I was a little worried after seeing other reviews about misaligned joints or poor quality, but this arrived pre-assembled, working smoothly, with not much chemical smell. I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and set a heavy planter on it right away and it's doing wonderfully - so nice to have a table made of solid wood and not some type of particle board!

We ordered two chairs to see how they would work with our table. Unfortunately, when the shipment arrived the box was taped up incorrectly and the side of the box showed evidence of being dropped. The tops of the chairs have damage and one of the legs is bent. We are contacting you tomorrow to see what can be done. We love the chairs but we want them to be in good condition.
