Used these guys many times before. Prices are fair, the men attending are brilliant and clean up behind themselves, leaving little to no mess.
They turn up on time and do a full days graft.
Value for money. Highly reccomended..

It is rare to find a company where you immediately find connection and trust. Hertz Electrical are gold dust. I contacted them on behalf of my 80 year old mother who lives on her own and who needed some work done urgently. At the helm of the company is Debbie who is responsible for co-ordinating the brilliant team of electricians. I cannot speak highly enough of her outstanding professionalism and customer care. I was very stressed when I called and Debbie handled the situation with great care, respect and empathy while working with speed and diligence to resolve the problem. It is clear she has a strong connection with and is well respected by the team she works with and this enables the business to work very efficiently. The actual electrician that visited my mother went out of his way to help her and went above the call of duty. I'm so impressed and grateful that businesses with this level of care and integrity exist. I can't thank you enough.

Replacement of the transformer for a bathroom extractor fan. The transformer was located in a rarely-entered roof space - very dusty and hard to access. It was replaced with minimal fuss, no mess and expert efficiency. I am grateful for the care taken. Everything working perfectly now.

I contacted them to arrange a Landlord EICR.
It was nice to talk with a human when calling (instead of an answer service) who took the details of the property and the tenants details, thus arranging an appointment directly with the tenant, and then emailing me the confirmation.
There was small amount of remedial work required, to bring the electrical installation up to todays standards, and again they contacted the tenant, directly, to arrange a suitable day for the work to be done.
Once completed, I received the EICR by email.
Everything was done, when they said it was going to be done, and all in a timely manner.
All in all, A first class service

We used Hertz for a full house rewire after previously using them for a couple of smaller jobs.
We are really happy with the work, it was done quickly and to a great standard. We would definitely recommend and will be using for any future work needed.

They installed floodlights and EV charger. However, the EV charger became faulty; then they got in touch with the EV charger provider to send me the brand new one. I received a new charger and they came and install. They did everything for me. Great service…Thank you very much.

A professional and friendly service. We selected Hertz for our solar panels, battery and inverter as they didn't give us the hard sell (unlike some others), but instead were engineers who knew their stuff. They kept us well informed during the process. Installation was quick and efficient, everything works well and looks good, thoroughly recommended.

Hertz were really good, Andy came out to quote and talked through everything and the quote came through quickly. Amadeusz was great and friendly and worked really hard. Even the little things like bringing his mug back in and concious about leaving the door open for too long while heating is on I thought was nice because not all builders/contractors do that. Sometimes you can feel a little uncomfortable men coming in and out doing work if you don't know them but I felt really safe and relaxed. Would use again and recommend! After care customer service was great by Debbie and Terry too! Nice one!

Excellent service from Hertz. We had an electrical issue at our rented property and needed a fast service. Hertz were out within 2 hours and liased with National Grid. Tenant happy and a very reasonable price from Hertz

I was let down in late 2023 by another company so went with Andy Wood and Hertz for a sequence of works over the last 12 months on my house. I've found them to be thorough, efficient, trustworthy and communicative. Dealt with Amadeusz on the last two occasions: he tackled an unexpected glitch with equanimity and I reckon he left my kitchen cleaner than it had been before!
