I'm disappointed having used this for a couple of months, and paid for a full year of subscription, (now cancelled) without the benefit of it.

The application looks good with a big focused working space. But it doesn't capture all your emails and threfore I missed out on business critical comunications. When I contacted the technical support team, they were freidnly enought, but in short could't do anything. They didn't offer any other guidence either.

Think carefully before engagiging fully with a service like this. It felt like keeping a dog and having to bark yourself.

I used Hey for short period 2+ years ago and found the e-mail not particularly practical. I stopped.

For a reason unknown to me Hey managed to charge cancelled debit cards twice. The first time Hey notified a dead Hey-account. The second time I got an e- mail to my alternativ. The last time I had to go through a long process to cancel the subscription. Hey decided to take full year payment despite the fact that I started the process as soon as I saw the payment.

No trust on product quality and no trust on charging only for services delivered.

Excellent product. I used to hate email when i was using mac mail and gmail. HEY makes it so much more enjoyable to use, faster and allows me to avoid getting email from people I don't want email from. I like how simple the UI is and how clean it is and the keyboard shortcuts makes things so easy

HEY.com is an extremely opinionated email service, fundamentally changing the way an email-app works. It has come a long way since launching, and continues to improve each month.

The UI is great, and it offers easy and powerful features. While HEY's important features might be DIY-able with (custom) sieve-rules, it won't have the polish and easy of use HEY offers. HEY saves me loads and loads of time, each day.

The service is reliable and quick, with friendly support staff at the ready almost 24/7 (they reply outside their business hours). I even got replies from the company owners, which in my experience is very rare these days.

I recommend anyone to make use of their free trial and forward your existing email address to HEY. Then take some time to really experience it, since you have to get used to the 'HEY-way'. If after a while it doesn't suit you, you can always export your data back to another service.

An excellent fresh look at email with a massive focus on privacy, well worth the subscription cost.
